Lex Blinds Arvostelua

Arrived promptly. Respected my property. Cheerful and polite. Explained everything well. Left property tidy. Very efficient.

I came across Lex Blinds on my social media feed as I was looking for insect blinds for a top floor bedroom and my garden patio door. After some basic research I saw that the feedback from customers was positive so booked for them to give me a quote. The surveyor who came out to me was knowledgeable and helpful. I proceeded to place an order and the goods were delivered for installation on time. Through no fault of theirs, the factory delivered the wrong blind so unfortunately this set us back by 4 /5 weeks. For the inconvenience caused to us Lex kindly refunded us a significant amount of money. The product was fitted later than we would have liked, but it was fitted by two very professional technicians who were polite, friendly and clearly very experienced. All the admin staff were also friendly and polite, and demonstrated a genuine desire to help. The finished product is of a high quality and standard and comes with a warranty.

We purchased an external roller shutter from Lex Blinds. The whole process was very smooth and everyone from the company we dealt with was extremely professional and knowledgeable. The two engineers that came around to fit the shutter were simply super - quick, efficient and very tidy!
The shutter looks great and we are really pleased with it.

I had an issue with an external roller blind that no other company were willing to attempt. Lex were happy to take the issue on and sent a team of engineers. They were efficient and very professional. I would thoroughly recommend this company , they were very competitive also.

Just had 2 external vertical Blinds installed. Professional service, competitive price. Installation Engineers were technically experienced & fitted quickly. All looks good.

We are extremely happy with the work done by Lex Blinds. Very good fitters, work carried out with great care and professionalism. Overall, I am happy with the job done.

Really pleased with my new blinds. The whole team were very efficient and kept me updated and the blinds are superb! Great quality!! Love them!

The team were brilliant and delivered exactly as they did they would with fantastic customer service and the blind is amazing 🤩

I have been using Lex Blinds for a number of years, I find them reliable and trustworthy and also competitive in price compared to other companies offering the same high quality products. Auris has always been honest about what products I’m best to have for my property and he really knows his stuff so I’m glad I listened to him, if I had ordered what I thought I wanted it would have looked rubbish. Audrius has gone above and beyond when fitting blinds and also when coming back to help when I’ve had issues post fitting, it means a lot when you know a company will come back to fix it if something goes wrong with any products (no fault of Lex, I lost a remote to open and close my blinds), but all the fitters I’ve met have been super helpful - and Sandra in the office is also really lovely and very professional - they are all just really nice people to deal with. I would highly recommend Lex blinds to anyone.

From the initial survey to the customer service and engineers install i cannot praise them enough. Lex Blinds at Loughton were fantastic.
The surveyor was very knowledgeable and gave me peace of mind. The office staff Adrian, Samantha and Sandra were brilliant right until the end, plus the engineers who installed the electric blinds did a great job.
TY Lex Blinds

What a lovely team at Lex Blinds, polite, knowledgeable and efficient. The fitters were also very polite and respectful. They left the site clean and took away any rubbish. Would highly recommend.
Thanks again.

This is a big piece of kit. Weighs close to 100kg. In aesthetically pleasing full grey cassette. 6m wide and 2.5m deep. Fitted onto very tidy plates which you don’t notice. We love the cream and grey candy stripe. Many good colours and patterns to choose from. Operated by remote and has an in built wind sensor, which will be useful as we’re next to the Thames. The three guys who fitted it were brilliant. Knew what they were doing, very tidy and organised and paid attention to detail. This will make our balcony into a beautiful alfresco summer space. Thank you all.

My new awning is fantastic, this company is very on the ball, they don’t keep it you waiting. Excellent service and excellent product, very good value. Great work ethic. Highly recommended

Very easy to arrange a home visit with only a short lead time, the quote was supplied promtly.
