When a rental is working the way it was planned and the payments are coming in, why would anyone need an agent. This is rarely the case in my experience. I couldnt have continued to rent out a property without the support of the team at lettingaproperty. When my tenant has been late in payment, my Rent Arrears Officer, Charlotte Clarke worked tirelessly chasing the payments daily.
