Have had such good results with Weigh Less with Jess. I enjoyed the whole process, the food, the recipes, the support - directly with Jess, was amazing, she was always ready to answer my questions and offer help and advice. I did one course of 25 days plus the 25 days of maintenance and I lost a total of 8.5kg. I highly recommend this, don’t hesitate.

This weight loss programme has been truly life-changing! Losing 10kg in 6 weeks is something I never thought possible, especially since I've always struggled with maintaining motivation. I’ve done the program a few times and…
I’ve done the program a few times and it’s always worked well if you follow it. My last one was at the end of 2025. I lost 10 kg. The support from Jess and the group is really amazing. You don’t have to know everything. Just ask a question in the group and all the supports there.

I did it back in 2015 and lost a whopping 25kgs.
I have now jumped back on board to commence the program again and am down 7kgs in 3 weeks. It really does work if you stick to it. Jess and her team are amazing and always available to help when needed.

When I looked at my order, I was really upset.

After speaking with you directly, I’m pleased we were able to clarify the situation. Your order was for the 50-day VLC Supreme soft gel capsules, which is exactly what was sent. The Detox Supreme included in the parcel was a complimentary product as part of a promotion we were running at the time, so this was a bonus item rather than a replacement for anything you ordered.
Your order was placed on 17 February and delivered to New Zealand within 7 days from Sydney, which is within the expected express international delivery timeframe.
At the time of writing this response, I have not received any emails regarding an issue with the order, however after we spoke you kindly sent through photos of the products received. From those images I can confirm the correct items were supplied.
If there is anything further you would like me to assist with, please don’t hesitate to reach out. I’m always happy to help.

Great service and great products
My products came a bit later but that was due to delivery here in New Zealand being slow due to Show Day/public holidays. I was surprised to find a hand written note from Jess, a fridge magnet with an inspirational message on it and a few more inspirational notes.
To get the products and personal note made me feel like a valued customer.

I actually do still have some printed guides left (they’re from my earlier THINCO branding), and I’m more than happy to pop one in the post for you if you’d like 💌
Alternatively, I can send you a hard copy of the Diet Drops Plan. I stopped printing everything because people were always losing the sheets, so now I’ve gone mostly paperless for convenience — but I completely get your preference!
And if you love having something tangible, you can still purchase my cookbooks — they’re gorgeous, hardcopy, and full of Phase 2 and 3 recipes 🍽️
