Tragic Beautiful Arvostelua 74

I ordered some Demonia's before Christmas for an event. It took longer than I thought it would and reached out to the team where they followed up with the parent company. Due to no fault of there own, it was delayed. Tragic beautiful reached out, apologised and upgraded my shipping to Express and crossed fingers that it would get to me in time. It did! The team at Tragic were transparent about the issues but also kind and understanding about my anxiety.

Will be shopping there again 10/10 suggest others to do the same!

Took 33 days to arrive, could not get in contact with support, and the same items are sold for much cheaper elsewhere.

I am not on social media, but wanted to leave a review for Tragic Beautiful. 1 week ago, I bought a pestle and mortar from their website, and today it was delivered. To Ontario, Canada. They packed it and shipped right away, it came SUPER fast, and their price including shipping from the other side of the world was the best I could find for this particular item design! I have literally waited longer for letter mail to be delivered from within province. Great little company, would order again!

I’ve been shopping with Tragic Beautiful since 2020 and their customer service has always been amazing! They’ve given me many free goodies with my orders, even wrote me a happy birthday note when I did my birthday shopping haul for myself, and they’ll reach out if there’s any issues with your order and work with you to find the best possible solution.

I've had many experiences with tragic beautiful one of two shops that I purchase from online consistently my first order being in like 2018 😂 been shopping there ever since. Got a great selection of options and if you have any questions or issues can contact customer service straight away and they will fix it. Quick shipping times and quality items without a ridiculous mark up

The team are all so amazing, and helpful whenever I need help with my orders, they always go above and beyond to make sure each purchase goes smoothly. I have bought clothing, bedding, skincare, jewerly, shoes and all my needs/wants and everything is just perfect.

When I arrived to pick up my shoes and other goodies it was like I was walking into a family members house. Warm, welcoming, and lovely.

The staff were fantastic and even popped in a lovely little treat for me. I haven't had ghost drops since I was a kid!

I was worried about the sizing on their lingerie and their customer support team couldnt of been more helpful, I sent measurements of my own underwear + a bra and they helped me find my perfect size. I bought it on valentines day and didn't expect it to be shipped the same day, but it was, which was a nice surprise. The time it took to receive it was also quite fast, and the thank you card in my order was a nice touch.

Absolut schrecklich. Nach ein Monat keine Antwort vom Kundendienst. Nur Werbung und solchen Schrott.

3 working days after I emailed them concerning delivery issues and I've still not had a response. Their customer service is completely non existent and they aren't actually set up for international deliveries outside of Australia I think.

Innanzitutto dovevano arrivare massimo 9 giorni dopo, invece hanno fatto un grosso ritardo.
Ma il vero problema è che non ho ricevuto nessuna notifica sul mio ordine, e non potevo tracciarlo, se non dopo ben 10 giorni.
Ho scritto all’assistenza e mi hanno risposto dopo giorni.
Io sono stato 10 giorni senza sapere se effettivamente il mio pacco esisteva. Incominciando a sospettare che fosse una truffa!
Le scarpe sono arrivate, e sono in condizioni presso che buone.
Ma per la poca cura della clientela, dato che mandavano e mail solo per pubblicità e non per il loro obbligo di farmi sapere dov’è il mio pacco. NON COMPRERÒ PIÙ SU QUESTO SITO. Mi dispiace🤨

Just one happy monkey here with my latest purchase. They're absolutely fantastic. The packaging was exceptional, the design and make of the shoes are second to none. My 5th pair of shoes from you guys. That should tell you something. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou. Just love them.

EDIT: I was contacted by the owner who was happy to provide a refund and very apologetic about the situation, and I’ve updated my rating from 3 to 5 stars. Their customer service is excellent and they’re very kind and easy to reach.

I’ve been purchasing from tragic beautiful for years. I’d recommend anyone wanting to purchase from there to wait a while until Australia Post has no issues, or buy insurance, lest your parcel gets lost.

It took 6 weeks before my parcel could be declared lost, and the turn around time for response from customer service has been 3~5 days. They’re all really lovely (hence the 3 stars). However, after my parcel was declared lost, I can only receive a credit and not a refund because I didn’t purchase insurance.

Anytime I have ordered from Tragic Beautiful my order has arrived quickly, well packed and in perfect condition. The service is amazing! The TB staff are fantastic, friendly and obviously love their customers. Thank you!
