Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. We chose this service over the ferry because it was supposed to be the quicker option, but we were delayed for over 2 hours with no explanation provided. We were left waiting in boiling heat with a baby, making the journey extremely uncomfortable and stressful. Poor communication, no updates, and a much longer journey than expected. Given the circumstances, we are requesting a full refund. Absolutely not the reliable service we paid for. Please respond to my support ticket (1401497 ) for this return request refer to reference 22384903.

A terrible service
A terrible service. Delayed for at least 90 minutes and herded like cattle with poor access to toilets or water in a heatwave. Avoid at all costs. The customer service representative admitted these delays are frequent and not at an acceptable level. The current manager seems to be neglecting its maintenance obligations and just fixing problems as they occur.

The actual crossing was fine however the communication at the terminal and managing the delay is not so good, fariable information given incorrectly, given an appropriate "wide" boarding card, but then at the last minute being put to one side to join another queue. Ticket barrier does not accept numberplate recognition in France but does in UK - Why

Frustrating payment portal
Booked our trip to France with them but took a whole one hour to book. Website was smooth until you get to the payment screen where it would take ages to load. When it does load to payment screen, it takes another 10 minutes to load to see if the payment went through. In which time it says that the slot I wanted was taken and I got to pay for a later time which is more expensive. This continues to happen for another 3/4 times, and ended up paying nearly £20 extra for my tickets. Poor payment portal ended up causing what would have been a great experience to a negative one.

Easy booking great price
So easy to book and good times for travel with only 35 minute to get to Calais and the price is very good. The terminal has a good range of cafes and also a duty free, the system for getting on the shuttle is simple so makes the whole process very easy.
