The only way to get to France
The only way to get to France. Hassle free from start to finish. The customs are straight forward and time to visit the duty free and have a coffee. The journey through the tunnel is quick and efficient however the ventilation is old and could do with an update.

Great service
Great service. Train really fast. Staff were really helpful. Two minor issues: you need more signage at Folkestone as it can be quite confusing first time you use it (Calais side has great signage). Second, there was alot of waiting/queuing to board train and we didn’t know what was going on?! It would be great if there could be more info on what was happening, if we had missed our train etc. Having said this, the train journey was great and all the staff were really helpful.

Fantastic UK customer support
I made an error on my booking and was told by border control that, as long as I kept the receipts, I would be able to request a refund.
To my amazement a UK call centre answered the phone and dealt with the query in a matter of minutes.
Excellent and friendly customer service.
I haven’t received the refund yet but am kept up to date with various emails and don’t doubt that the refund will be processed.
If only other big companies followed this customer service then the UK would be a better place to do business.

Unacceptable 4 hours delay
After arriving at 07:40, we checked in at 08:04 for a passage at 10:24, we were advised of delays, but we never encountered so much delays. At the time of writing this, it is 13:15 and we have still not borded.
While we understand such issues may arise at time, there were absolutely no communication about the reason of the delay.
I was never a fan of the tunnel and prefer the ferry, I know how I will go to France next time.
Never ever will use the tunnel again.
Quality of the customer service is non existent at best.

CHAOS!!!!!!
You pay a lot of money, and what do you get? Chaos!!!! Just CHAOS Takes another hour. If you are 15 minutes late, you loose your return ticket!
The reason was supposed to be capacity problems. Guess what: trains do not change overnight, nor do the cars. This is 100% a management blunder ( again)

Motorcyclist; simple on boarding process
Motorcyclist;everything from onboarding / boarder control to exit was easy.I arrived earlier than my allotted time and was given options for earlier time slots at no additional charge which I took so didn't use any of the facilities on site.Staff were very helpful on the actual bike .The booking process is simple enough.
