Initially saw Leo after I pulled my neck/ shoulder at the gym. After a deep tissue massage, some dry needling and some recommended exercises, my neck got better.

Since then have seen Leo for tennis elbow and a few other things and Leo has always managed to resolve the issues.

Leo is an incredible physio (and all-round guy). He was amazing in my recovery from ankle surgery and got me back on the road. I found his style unlike any other physio I’ve met: totally holistic, combining physio, massage, acupuncture, cupping and some brutal strength and conditioning. I can’t recommend him enough.

I’ve seen Leo a few times now over the past couple of years, and every session has been excellent. He’s always punctual, professional, and extremely friendly, which instantly puts you at ease.

What really sets him apart is his depth of knowledge. He’s a true expert in functional strength, joint mechanics, and mobility, and he understands the nuances and intricacies of how the body actually moves. It’s very clear that he knows his field inside out.

I’ve been working with Leo for over three years following a quad injury. He came very highly recommended by my knee surgeon. What started as rehabilitation has evolved over time into strength and conditioning. I’m in my late 40s and am now stronger than I was in my 20s, despite spending 10 hours a day sat at a desk.

I was a pretty fit 25 year old and knee pain basically made me unable to train for 3 years prior to Leo. Within 6 months I was back to strength and a few months later I did a 70.3 ironman. Can't recommend Leo enough!

Leo rehabbed my knee after ACL surgery and thanks to him I could return to running which was my goal and had a PB on my first run back.
