Leo is an outstanding physiotherapist! I met him for the first time three years ago while recovering from a serious neck injury. He conducted an examination, provided treatment and gave me a program that I could follow on a daily basis. Seeing him regularly, I could see how things were improving. As a yoga teacher and someone who loves running and cycling, getting back to strength, mobility and confidence after complex foot reconstruction really mattered to me. When my recovery stalled with other physios, Leo made the difference.

His thoughtful, personalised approach, including acupuncture alongside hands-on treatment and rehab, meant he quickly understood what was going on, eased pain and helped me return to full function. I trust him implicitly. Leo is kind, empathetic and, most importantly, gets results.

I came to Leo with really bad shoulder and knee issues. Within a few sessions, both became a lot better and we continued on for months. I have no problems now with either, and Leo has filled me with knowledge where if one were to become an issue again, I can independently manage them.

- improve my balance, core strength and flexibility for long term improvement in my overall physical health, not just recovery

I would not still be competing at high level in football and tennis in my early 40s without Leo. In addition, Leo has become a true friend with his genuine care and attention to my long term health outlook, not just looking for quick fixes.

Leo, is awesome - 5 STARS! I was suffering with a classic case of Tennis Elbow. Leo made a bespoke program to get me back fighting fit. He is kind and patient, which is 100% what you want. He combined arm strengthening with a whole body fitness regime to help the injury from reoccurring. Highly recommended!

Leo is a great. What has impressed me about working with him is that he understands that every person’s body is different and takes the time to use his deep experience of body mechanics and all the learning he’s been through himself to work out what is going to best suit you. His impressive combination of manual therapy skills, and separately the breadth of his strength and conditioning knowledge (generally I find that most physios only have one or the other) mean that he can tailor a full rehabilitation/conditioning programme to you whether you’re injured or have other goals.

I first met Leo when he helped me solve a knee pain problem I was having. After such a great experience I decided to return to Leo for help and guidance on a later issue I had. Leo is an extremely knowledgeable and professional physio but is also extremely down to earth and friendly. He goes above and beyond in his support for example was able to recommend yoga teachers that would help supplement the recovery and was always extremely responsive and helpful when I had a concern even if it seemed small. Would 100% recommend.

A week before the London Marathon I twisted my ankle on the side of the pavement. It swelled up larger than a tennis ball. I thought my chances of running were over. A friend recommended me to Leo. He saw me twice a day for 5 days ... all I can say is that he's a miracle worker because everyone wrote me off... i was back running just in time and managed to complete the entire marathon...an experience I will never forget. Leo is highly recommended!

Leo was recommended to me by one of the top orthopaedic surgeons in the country. He really helped me maintain an active (skiing, hiking, cycling, mountaineering) life in my 60s and 70s, enabling me to put off hip surgery for many years and helping me to a fantastic recovery when it became impossible to avoid. His ability to find exercises that precisely and effectively address problems does not cease to amaze me. And he’s a very nice guy ! I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Couldn’t have asked for better support rehabbing my knee. Leo’s approach is relaxed, he is easy to work, knowledgeable and very thorough. He used a mix of hands-on treatment including physio, massage and acupuncture which was really effective. You can tell he genuinely cares about long-term results, not just quick fixes.
