Poor Customer Service
My delivery location is post office, Legend's Lockers claimed to have attempted to deliver my package during what their tracking documented as "abnormal business hours" What could possibly be abnormal about the US Postal Service Hours. They are now requesting the Postal Service to contact them for a delivery. Their tracking info stated that they would attempt a second delivery and they failed to do so. I have requested a refund as I do not care to do business with a company who has what I consider unsatisfactory customer service.
