so frustrating lol I made an order a month ago and there has been no updates on shipping, production, etc. I have been in contact with customer support who give generic responses that shipping is delayed but then I have to send 2-3 emails asking for an update before I get anything in response. I bought this a month in advance for a friend's birthday, and now it's way past it getting here in time for his birthday and the whole experience has been really disappointing. The staff is not apologetic about the inconvenience whatsoever. at this point i'm just trying to cancel my order and be refunded but i can't even get in touch with customer support lol
