I really think Lavechic is a scam
I really think Lavechic is a scam, and the dress I received wasn't labeled, and it looks absolutely unwearable
The inside of the dress is all white and the fabric is a 100% synthetic.
The chest area is stretch, and definitely can not be worn without a bra.
Im a customer of SHEIN, and i wouldn't look at this dress twice.
I would love to send you a photograph of the dress I received, it’s absolutely appalling.
Cheers,
Tanya

Please do not purchase from this company. They do NOT honor their written return policy which provides that they will cover the return shipping if they send the wrong item. They have refused to provide a complete refund unless I personally cover the high expense of sending the item back. Alternatively, if I don’t want to send it back, they have offered me a 30% refund — on something I did not order and do not want. Customers should not have to cover for company mistakes. BUYER BEWARE!

Dear Customer,
Thank you very much for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the quality issues and the discrepancy between the product and your expectations.
Every item we ship undergoes basic quality control, but it's clear that this time we failed to meet your expectations and let you down. Regarding the difference between the photos and the actual product, we will also reflect on our display methods.
We value your shopping experience highly. Please contact us through customer service, and we will assign a dedicated person to follow up and resolve this issue for you, hoping to make up for this regret.
Thank you for your feedback; it motivates us to improve.
Be cautious when purchasing
Be cautious when purchasing. While the item ships from a U.S. address, returns are required to be sent to China at the buyer’s expense. The cost to return the dress is almost as much as the item itself, which makes the “approved return” unrealistic. This policy feels misleading.

Dear Customer,
We take your message very seriously. We understand that encountering a situation where "return shipping costs are almost equal to the value of the goods" when shopping internationally can indeed feel "impractical" and frustrating.
This is because cross-border returns involve double customs duties and high international shipping costs. While this is industry standard, we acknowledge that it does add a burden to our customers, and we apologize for that.
If you would like, please contact us via customer service at info@avechic.com, and we can explore whether there are more flexible solutions.
Thank you again for your feedback; it helps us do better.

We have already conducted internal accountability and improvement work with the relevant teams to ensure that every customer request is handled promptly in the future.
Regarding your feedback on the product not matching the pictures, quality, and sizing issues, we fully understand your anger. We value your shopping experience very much. Betrüger
Sieht auf den ersten Blick gut aus, Bestellung entspricht nicht den Bildern, Gürtel komplett anders, Gürtel zu klein für Kleidungsstück. Andere Spitze verwendet, Farben komplett anders. Spitze in zwei verschiedenen rot Tönen.

This company is not professional at all…
This company is not professional at all and has the worst customer service never mind to mention extremely poor quality of clothes. I ordered 3 dresses back in November and spent a lot of money, they suggested a 20% refund which I declined and sent the items back and paid international shipment spending more money which is ridiculous. We are now in April and I am still waiting for a refund on my items. I have emailed the provided customer service email address info@lavechic and have had no responses. I have sent the last 5 emails chasing my payment which has been 5 months now and still have not received my refund and all of my emails are now getting ignored.
Its disgusting that you call yourself an online fashion brand when you cant have the basics covered and are taking money of customers and not refunding when you should and ignoring all correspondences.
Please do not shop here they are a scam and I have wasted over £150 to this company for nothing!

Do not buy from them!! Return to China
Do not buy from them!!! I ordered 2 dresses from them. I verified that they had a return policy. They arrived and the construction and proportions were off. I tried to return them and they sent me an address in China to return them. The cost and hassle aren’t worth it and they know that. They are selling junk that you can’t reasonably return. Don’t waste your time or money.
