Absolutely shocking quality and a total rip off. Flowers you have to press stud on the sleeves, buttons too heavy for dress and one hanging passed the hem. Never seen anything like it. To return it another 20.00 on top of the 56.50 I bought for total crap. Avoid at all costs.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! Nothing I ordered is what the pictures look like. The best example think what you ordered and what you got are totally different. Horrible quality, horrible product, horrible smell. I was duped, don’t be me and font be fooled by the pictures, that is not what you get. I bought 5 things totaling $245.00. Debating whether to cut my losses or spend more to send back.

I purchased a dress from them and tried to return it and never received a reply back. The quality is GARBAGE and it was nothing like the picture. DON"T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON GARBAGE! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE~!

Received a totally different outfit than ordered. Took almost 2 months. Request a correction . They offered a 90% credit towards another outfit, plus a restocking fee, or I could return the outfit at my cost. Claimed the designer sold out of outfit i requested.
Why a restocking fee if i didn’t order what they sent. TOTAL RIP OFF!!! Save your time and money DO NOT IRDER FROM THEM!!!

Extremely poor customer service and a very disappointing experience. The website has failed to refund my money despite repeated follow-ups and multiple attempts to resolve the issue. They do not respond properly to emails and show no accountability for their customers. This is unacceptable and completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this website to anyone. Think twice before making a purchase, as getting your money back may turn into a frustrating and exhausting process.

I blame myself. I always look up companies whose names I am unfamiliar with but I did find some reviews that were very positive. I bought a dress $79 and finally got it and was horrified by the quality. I am Telling You for the bottom of my heart do not buy from this company do not put yourself through the hell I just went through. This was a gift from my mother and I had seen it on the website as it turns out it came with see-through material cheap plastic buttons that went down the front that were hanging by a thread it was supposed to have a gathered flower at the wrist of the sleeve only instead they had snaps with individual giant flowers with hard backings that you were supposed to snap on never said that in the review it had all kinds of loose threads all over it it was horrific. I contacted them and they did get back to me very quickly and apologize wanted to make it right and they told me since shipping from China is expensive they told me why don't you just keep that dress and pick up something else but then send an extra 20 help with the cost of sending out the new dress again another stupid thing but I was desperate to find something that would be good and not lose all my money and then they charge at 10% per item return for restocking. I got the second dress it was not light brown it was rust colored. It was thin thin material so uncomfortable so cheap so I contacted them again and they said I could send it back and spend the $40 or more to send it back and they would check all the clothing out and make sure that it wasn't used and I told her oh don't worry nothing we use the stuff belongs in an incinerator not on anyone's body. I decided that I would cut my losses of $100 and learn a very valuable lesson. This is a garbage company it's absolutely horrendous it's got an F rating on the BBB and numerous numerous complaints. I did not do my homework. There isn't any place to do a -000 they're just stars and you have to hit one of them so I gave it one star. Do yourself a favor you will be so happy that you listen to this review. Trust

Imitation /fake/camouflage merchandise

I bought 2x outfits from this company, after I purchased the items I read there reviews, I then quickly cancelled my order with in the 24 hour window, they emailed me back saying that it was passed the time line & that the garments were being cut. They arrived 2 weeks later the dress was huge fake flowers that stuck on the sleeves, the second item was cheap fabric that had pulls all over it, I requested an address to send it back to, which was in China it would of cost me more money to send it back & only get 90% refund, they said I could keep there crap & they would give me 40% discount on another cheap & nasty outfit. Please people read there reviews do not buy from them there a rip off & a scam they need to be shut down

Firstly, the shipping took over a month, so I asked my credit card company to dispute the transaction. 2 weeks later the order arrived.
Very cheap material, and in an awful colour (nothing like what was advertised).
When I tried to return it ($39 postage to China), they provided all sorts of other options to get out of the dress being returned, for example - keep the dress, but order another one with this 30% coupon and we’ll give you a 30% partial refund on your original dress. They’re just trying to get you to spend more money on their site with no hope of ever getting what you paid for or ever receiving a refund. I have been waiting for my partial refund for over 3 weeks now- I guess I will never see the refund, and the dress is in the bin. The person who I was dealing with has gone completely silent, and not returning emails.

Stay away from this company.

Please do not order from this company. I ordered a dress size 12/14, which looked stunning on the site. When it came it was more like a 16 to 18. The ruffle was all.scrunched up at the bottom the sleeves did not have as much material as it looked on the site and the material was very poor quality. I requested a refund but was told it was at my own expense and also a 30% reduction on refund. If i could give a 0 i would.

Saw a beautiful dress on line and purchased. What was sent nothing like it. It is such poor quality it is unwearable. I have sent pictures of the differences and told them they are dishonest. The only way I can get a refund is to send the crap back to China at my expense. Do not buy from this company. If I could give a negative 5 stars I would. So in summary, poor quality, no refunds, poor communication, dishonest supplier.

I contacted them to receive shopping information and they kept guaranteeing it was on its way. When it FINALLY arrived pieces of the dress were missing. I reached out to them and was told I would HAVE to purchase something else and they would include my missing pieces. I asked for a refund met by silence. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING!

Lavechic is a scam I have bought a few items from them they have now sent me something totally different to what I ordered have tried to get them to answer by email, instagram, facebook etc and nothing sent several messages , to reply to that other person and say they are investigating the matter is an absolute joke I do not trust them there is always problems with their orders but to send something totally different again to what I ordered appalling do not buy from these a scam scam scam

I am extremely disappointed with this company and, in particular, with the quality of the garment I received.

I ordered and paid for a dress specifically for an important event. Unfortunately, the dress arrived after the event had already taken place, leaving me no choice but to purchase another dress elsewhere at the last minute.

The company profusely apologised and attributed the delay to problems with their shipping. They also promised to refund 20% of the purchase price as compensation for the inconvenience. I followed up with them, but despite their promise, I never received the partial refund.

When the dress finally arrived, I was even more disappointed. The material was of extremely poor quality and looked absolutely nothing like the dress advertised in the photographs. The difference between the advertised product and what I actually received was quite shocking.

I have decided not to go through the trouble of returning it after reading numerous reviews from other customers describing difficulties with the returns process.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing and, frankly, misleading experience. The product quality, delivery service and customer service all fell well below what I would expect from a reputable company.

I would strongly advise other customers to think twice before ordering from this company. Based on my experience, I certainly would not trust them or purchase from them again.

Dress was not anything like the photo, very cheap material and a different design. I'm now experiencing problems sending it back. I ordered another one by mistake and they say they've refunded that one.... Time will tell. I literally could have bought this piece of shite for£5™ on temu!!!

Garments look totally different to the images on the website. Cheap material.
Returned the items to the supplied address and just received the parcel back as provided return address in China doesn’t seem to exist.
Have sent emails and no reply by Lavechic.
Very unhappy and want my money back.
Will never buy anything from this company again.

Waited 12,weeks for dress multiple excuses once it arrived the dress was like a washing rag so creased nothing like image with clip

Me siento completamente engañada por LaVechic. El pedido que recibí no se parecía prácticamente en nada a las fotografías de la web.
Acepté devolverlo pagando yo misma los gastos de devolución y lo envié en febrero. Después de meses esperando, hace poco me devolvieron el paquete porque LaVechic ni siquiera aceptó la devolución. Y, para rematar, tuve que volver a pagar los gastos de retorno.
Les escribí muy frustrada, explicando toda la situación y esperando una solución. No me contestaron. Absolutamente nada.
Resultado: he pagado por una compra que no se corresponde con lo anunciado, he pagado la devolución, he pagado el retorno del paquete y me he quedado exactamente igual, sin solución y sin respuesta.
Esto no es simplemente una mala experiencia de compra. Es una falta de respeto absoluta hacia el cliente y una gestión pésima de una devolución.
Después de darles tiempo de sobra para solucionar el problema, sigo sin respuesta. He perdido dinero dos veces por una devolución que intenté hacer correctamente.
⚠️ Mi experiencia con LaVechic ha sido nefasta y no volvería a comprar aquí ni recomendaría esta tienda. Antes de comprar, pensároslo muy bien.
