If I could give this company zero stars, I would.
My experience has been extremely disappointing and unacceptable. The dress I received looked nothing like the product advertised on the website, and I waited more than two months for delivery. When it finally arrived, the dress had black stains and was not in acceptable condition.
I promptly requested a full refund, but the company has refused to issue one. I have also identified three different U.S. addresses associated with the company, yet I am being instructed to return the item to China. This raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices and the information provided to customers.
I have retained all documentation, including photographs of the damaged item, order information, shipping details, and my communications with the company.
I will be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau and appropriate consumer-protection agencies and will continue pursuing the matter until it is properly resolved.
I strongly advise consumers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from this company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with them.

I ordered two dresses, one arrived and unfortunately didn't fit, while the other still hasn't arrived and I have received no updates about its status. I want to return the dress that arrived but they are asking me to ship it all the way back to China at my own expense even though they sell and operate in the U.S. They are also refusing to give me a refund and have given no information about the second dress, Poor quality clothing feel very low quality, DON'T BUY from them, You'll only end up with a headache and lose your money.

***Their public response is total BS. Zero solutions, no refund, just endless excuses and delays. This is an absolute fraud***

Having corresponded with them several times since immediately after my purchase, and having requested several times a refund, and … since to this day, there’s been no shipment, I wrote again yesterday to which I was informed, I’m past the window of requesting a refund. Bottom line: they steal shipping money, have no intention of processing an order, and never give a shipping date! This should have been received within 7-10 days.

Do not purchase from here!

I placed an order for a dress on July 30th, that I also paid expedited shipment for. The order has not even been processed much less shipped and writing to them telling them I need it by July 16th was only met with “we will issue a refund on the shipping if you don’t get it on time” — except the letter explained I was leaving for an event on this date that I’d intended to wear the dress! They completely ignored that dress was no longer of value if it didn’t get here in time. Regardless how often I write, they ignore the request for an immediate full refund! Don’t trust them. Don’t order from here. Let my $76 lesson be a lesson that doesn’t also cost you!!!

I am still waiting for my refund no communication from you guys at all after promising that you will refund me 40% what I’ve paid and keep that garbage you call a dress

I received two items from Lavechic but they didn't work, so I requested a refund. I have paid my own money to get the product returned back from England to China and am still yet to receive a refund. I sent these products on 13th June and am yet to receive any communication or a refund. This is unacceptable and fraudulent.

Scammers for selling low quality

These clothes were beyond cheap in quality, fit, value. One of the dresses had a rip in the side seam. The pants I ordered were capris, came long length. All materials were thin and SO cheap in feel and look. And their prices do not reflect cheap. Never again!!

Very cheap material and horrible service.
I ordered 2 dresses pricing 500+ dirhams which is aprox 150 USD.
They sent 1 very cheap black tshirt dress which is nothing any near to the dress I ordered which was brown and green polka dots and other black dress was similar but not as shown on the website pictures.
I wanted to return the dress which is completely different on which they replied to me to send the dress back at my own courier cost with their address.

There are good quality Chinese products out there at better prices.

Save your money and buy some good quality stuff, this company is just another copy cat fraud company selling cheap quality Chinese stuff and contrary to your order they send something completely different.

Very cheap product took me 50 days to come from china and I paid fast shipping that I thought comes from USA, I’m disappointed and please don’t buy anything and I’m not ordering anymore!! 👎👎👎👎

If these are the same people who call themselves Valoc chic, they are thieves. They take money and disappear without delivering the paid items

The company offers clothes with enhanced images that don't look like the actual products. Prices are way higher than Shein, Temu and other Chinese companies, and the office location is given as the USA. But this is just another Chinese company defrauding customers. Returns are practically not possible as they ask you to take the shipping cost for shipment to China and won't have any liability to refund at all should the package get lost.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience shopping at Lavechic.

The dress I received looked very different from the photos and description on the website. The quality was far below my expectations, and it was not the product I believed I was purchasing.

After contacting customer service, they first offered me only a 55% refund if I kept the dress. Returning the dress to China at my own expense would have been very expensive, so I reluctantly accepted the 55% refund.

Lavechic then confirmed by email that the refund would be processed to my original payment method within 1–5 business days.

The promised deadline has now passed. I have checked with my bank, and no refund has been received. I have also sent two follow-up emails asking for an update, but I have received no response.

I am very disappointed by the lack of communication and the failure to honor the agreed refund within the promised timeframe.

I hope Lavechic will finally process my refund and resolve this issue, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to other customers.

Update:

Lavechic replied publicly to my review, but they did not address the actual issue. They apologized for the communication but did not explain why the promised 55% refund has still not been processed.

I am still waiting for the refund that was promised by email. I will update this review if the refund is finally received.

You received the goods back , you did not refund . Now you tell me that your feedback is important and you want to improve . Issue the refund then ! Refund LC579519 .

I studied the website and product offerings....and outrageously low prices! The wording used to describe "the company" mission etc...all fluff! No substance! And, the address is not real! Reading all the negative reviews of the products I AM CONVINCED THIS IS ANOTHER CHINESE CHEAP CHEAP COMPANY TRYING TO FOOL CUSTOMERS! I DIDN'T FALL FOR IT!

Terrible quality, overpriced dress returned to China at a high postage cost to me. Lin Lin has stopped communicating and will not refund. Do not recommend shopping on this site. Disingenuous standard reply to negative reviews is unappreciated.

Ordered a stunning dress online advertised on Facebook and received a flimsy cheap tiny dress that was nothing like the one in the ads. They then sent a generic reply to my complaint advising that I had three options, keep and enjoy (!), return for a refund or return and choose another dress from their catalogue all at my own postal cost shopping to China. The quality of the dress received, plus having the cost of return, makes for terrible customer service. Moral of the story - always check Trust Pilot first

They "claim" that they have tried to deliver to me. Not so. I have cameras at my gate and they have not been to my delivery address. Their customer service is one of the worst I've experienced. They ask for your tracking number in an automated call, and then tell you it isn't valid and disconnect your call. I had to go to American Express to get my money back.

I had a very disappointing experience with this online store.

I purchased several dresses for my wife, but unfortunately they did not fit, so I returned them within the allowed return period, following the seller’s return instructions.

When the parcel reached Chinese customs, the customs authorities requested additional documents from the recipient (the seller) before the shipment could be cleared. FedEx repeatedly contacted the seller by email, but never received any response. They also tried calling the phone number associated with the company, but nobody answered.

At the same time, I sent several emails to the seller asking for assistance. I offered to forward any documents they needed directly to FedEx, provided the shipment tracking number and the contact details of the FedEx customs office, and repeatedly asked them to cooperate so the return could be completed. I even asked for a simple reply to confirm they had received my emails. Unfortunately, every single email was ignored.

After more than a month of waiting and repeated reminders, the shipment has now been declared “abandoned” because the seller failed to cooperate with customs. As a result, I have lost both the returned items and the money I paid for them.

I have also requested a full refund, as this situation was entirely caused by the seller’s lack of cooperation and complete absence of customer support. Once again, I have received no response.

I cannot recommend this store. Good customer service is measured when problems arise, and in my case there was absolutely no customer service at all. Buyers should be aware that if anything goes wrong with their order or return, they may be left completely without support.
