Hice un pedido con tiempo para el 14 de Febrero. Hicieron el cobro, confirmaron todo. Llega el 14 de Febrero: No recibo nada. ¿Los medios para contactarlos? No contestan. Tuve que hablar con mi banco para poder recuperar mi dinero. Hasta la fecha, 16 de Febrero, siguen sin responder. Dudo que lo hagan y ya no me interesa.
Lean bien las reseñas negativas, añado que dudo mucho que realmente le hayan dado alguna solución a esa gente.
Simplemente busquen otra opción, estos son unos estafadores.

Flores no llegaron y fui ignorado.
Ordené unas flores para el 14 de febrero y jamás llegaron a su destino.
El número de pedido es: #26583
No contactaron al número de la persona que iba a recibir las flores y ahora cada vez que les escribo para reclamar un reembolso o simplemente cambiar la fecha de entrega de esas mismos flores no contestan, les escribo por WhatsApp, por si sitio web, llame su número y nada.

Perderás tu dinero y tendrás una experiencia terrible si compras allí.
Pierde tu dinero y llévate un pésimo recuerdo de ellos... Vivo en Dubái y compré un regalo de San Valentín para mi novio en Chile, para que se entregara el día de San Valentín. Pagué y recibí una confirmación por correo electrónico. Fue una sorpresa para mi novio, así que no le dije nada al respecto. El día de San Valentín, mi novio tuvo que viajar a Argentina por una emergencia. La empresa lo contactó y les dijo que no podía recibir el regalo en ese momento. Enviaron un correo electrónico indicando que no eran responsables de nada y que no me reembolsarían el dinero, aunque no lo solicité. Ofrecí contactar a mi novio para organizar la entrega en otro momento, pero se negaron. Contactarlos fue inútil, así que tuve que presentar una queja ante el departamento de protección al consumidor en Chile. Esto es poco profesional. Debería haber soluciones alternativas para emergencias. No los recomiendo. No tratan bien a los clientes y no son profesionales.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP
I ordered the flowers two weeks ago, January 31st because I know how busy Valentines day is. I even followed up through email and ask assurance that it will be delivered on the day I requested. Somebody from their team responded and said it will be delivered today. It’s 7pm and my girlfriend hadn’t received any flowers. I live in the Philippines and she lives in Guatemala. I thought this site would be the best to order from because it’s the first that came up. My items are worth $130. I picked the grandest bouquet I could see and added some chocolates because my gf said she had never received flowers before and I wanted it to be really special for her even though these flowers are overpriced, I figured she deserved the best and hey, I get free shipping because it was my first time ordering. Clearly I ordered from the wrong shop. What an awful experience because there was no indication of what’s going on about your order, it just says Unfulfilled, and there’s no way to contact them. I tried sending multiple emails, texting their whatsapp number, even called their hotline and nobody answers. Thanks for ruining this day for us! Crappy shop. Crappy. customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this!! I spent the last few hours crying, and feeling stressed because I really thought I could make this day special for my girl. Should’ve ordered somewhere else. Might have found something cheaper AND better service! I need full and immediate refund!!

Pedí un bouquet y una caja de chocolates valorizada en $91.80.
El envío llegó dentro de la hora indicada, sin embargo enviaron chocolates de mala calidad, no los que compré que costaban $19.80.
Hice el reclamo hace dos días y a la fecha no tengo solución de este problema.
No recomiendo en lo absoluto está florería.
Es dinero tirado al agua, un abuso total.

Ordered a bouquet which looked nice on the website.
What arrived was a bouquet that was much smaller in size than expected. There was no indication in the description that it was a small bouquet and no picture of it next to something for scale.
Flowers were not fresh and already dying on arrival.
Only redeeming point was it was delivered on the correct day.
Complaint fell on deaf ears.
Waste of money.
Back to Interflora for me. Avoid.

Flowers delivered the same day!
I was trying to send an early Valentine's day bouquet to another country. I had my doubts as i never did this before. I found LatinFlores.com through a google search and they delivered to the city i was looking for. I didn't receive any update but i received a photo from the recipient that the order was received early in the evening. I placed the order in the morning and chose the same day delivery. It worked! We're both so happy. I would use LatinFlores again, when there is an upcoming birthday in 2 months.

And this year I asked if they can exchange one cake for another, and they did, but it only had some peaches on top.
