PÉSIMO SERVICIO, NO ENTREGAN SU PEDIDO
Solicité un pedido desde otro país para Puerto Madero, es un pedido bastante costoso tipo desayuno para el cumpleaños de mi hermana, luego escribo al ser medio día sin llegar el detalle y me dicen que no se podía porque debía ser 48 horas de anterioridad, no entiendo como se puede pagar un producto en la página y está habilitado el pago si no es posible la entrega, hicimos cambio de producto a uno que se pudiera entregar el mismo día y tampoco lo entregaron, no responden por WhatsApp ni ningún medio, tienen “atención al cliente” hasta las 11 am y es súper deficiente, al día siguiente era domingo por lo que no recibí respuesta y el día lunes al medio día aún no me habían respondido, vuelvo a escribir y me dicen que el domiciliario no encontró la dirección que no existe, la busque en google maps y les envié pantallazo que se encuentra súper fácil con solo una búsqueda, seguían diciéndome que “aparece en google maps pero no existe” les envío foto del edificio con la dirección en la entrada y ahí si no me responden nada, solamente “nos estamos comunicando con el área encargada ya le daremos respuesta”, procedo a decirles que llamaré a mi banco para reportar como fraude con las pruebas que tengo para la devolución del dinero por parte de mi banco y ahí si me responden que ya lo enviarán de nuevo y lo envían rápidamente. PÉSIMO SERVICIO AL CLIENTE NO SON CAPACES DE RECONOCER SUS ERRORES, no pueden pedir disculpas ni tener un trato amable o intentar solucionar. He visto varias quejas y se exudan en cosas como “lamentamos mucho se respondió a tiempo” se trata de una solución! Y en mi caso no respondieron a tiempo, yo tuve que escribir en múltiples ocasiones para obtener respuesta y no me ofrecían soluciones nisiquiera una disculpa. El valor de sus productos es elevado y se espera algo muchísimo mejor, POR FAVOR AHÓRRESE EL MAL TRAGO COMPRANDO CUALQUIER PRODUCTO CON LATIN FLORES, PÉSIMO SERVICIO Y PESIMOS PRODUCTOS, nada que ver con lo que muestran en su página, muy mala calidad y relación precio calidad.

Aun así, reiteramos nuestras disculpas por cualquier molestia ocasionada. Siempre buscamos la mejor alternativa para que cada envío cumpla su propósito y valoramos los comentarios como una oportunidad para seguir mejorando.

J’ai payé un bouquet d’une valeur de 35€ la fleuriste sur place a reçu un message en provenance de LATIN FLORES pour faire un bouquet d’une valeur de 15 000 pesos colombien soit un peu moins de 5€. Cela n’est pas normal je vous déconseille vivement de ne pas commander sur ce site

Late Delivery
Same day delivery available on the website, however at 7pm they informed me that the delivery could only happen on the next day. No regards for the customer frustration about it and no apologies. They don't seem to understand that if someone's birthday is today, sending flowers the day after is not quite the same.

Ordered a Birthday Gift, It Never Arrived
I placed an order with Latinflores Argentina on December 3rd. It was a birthday gift basket scheduled for delivery on December 5th.
The gift was not delivered on time and has still not been delivered. For a birthday gift service, this completely defeats its purpose.
When I contacted them and asked for an immediate refund, they only replied that they have up to 7 business days, without properly addressing the missed delivery date.
After several follow-ups, they told me that the order was canceled and that the refund is with their accounting department. They never contacted me to inform me of this. If I had not reached out, I would not have known anything.
As of now, I have not received any refund, and there is no clear timeline for when it will happen.
This service is unreliable and poorly managed!!!!
I do not recommend Latinflores. If you need a gift delivered on a specific date, do not buy from this company!!!!

Deseaba enviar unos dulces y pagué $105 CAD. La página promueve el envío el mismo día; en este caso, después de haber pagado, recibí un correo indicando que el envío debía haberse solicitado con 72 horas de anticipación. En mi caso, me daba igual si se retrasaba un día, pero lo peor es que el correo también decía que el producto solo estaba disponible para la Capital Federal, que no es donde necesitaba. Si un producto no está disponible en una provincia, no debería permitirse seleccionarla en el menú desplegable. Muy mal diseño de página. Además, me dieron la opción de reemplazar mi pedido por flores, por lo que preferí el reembolso. Cuando les dije que prefería el reembolso, me dijeron que este tiene una comisión del 12%, lo cual no se había especificado en su Política de Reembolso y Satisfacción. Y no, poner en la descripción de este que el producto no está disponible para otras provincias no es suficiente; la descripción del producto se lee cuando algo no queda claro. Eran simples dulces y no debería haber sido necesario leer esta; fue mi error, ya que asumí que la página estaba bien diseñada. Sigue sin justificar el 12% de comisión, cuando la propia Política de Reembolso y Satisfacción promete un reembolso completo.
En respuesta a su respuesta: El reembolso completo me lo ofreció PayPal, no ustedes. Es malo mentir.
