Terrible experience 0/10- Would not recommend
The flowers were intended as a Mother's Day surprise, but unfortunately the entire experience was disappointing. My mother received the flowers the day after Mother's Day. Initially, I was told the order had been delivered on the scheduled date, only to later find out that it had not been delivered at all.
A day after the scheduled delivery date, we had to provide the delivery driver with a photo of my mother's utility bill just so he could find her address, and even then, he was still unable to locate the correct home. This has never been an issue with any previous delivery. As a result, I had to ruin the surprise and ask my mother to help guide the driver to her home.
The communication was inconsistent, the delivery process was extremely disorganized, and the overall experience fell far below expectations. I will not be ordering from this business again.
Additionally, a response to this review or an apology doesn't change the experience. It was 0/10.

If I can give them a minus 100 gladly I will give them, they were going to deliver flowers to my mother on Mother’s Day’s and I called, they told me that they run out of flowers and they were going to delivered on the 12 of May, we agreed to be delivered at the latest 2:00 PM local time in Chile, they were not, I called them and the person that I talk couldn’t hear me well, spoke in Spanish, I do speak Spanish but she was rude an unprofessional, I did have to repeat the order number to her 7 times and she repetitively told me that the orders start with the number 3, I repeated myself over and over, at the end she tells me that the person that do the refunds is not available today and that tomorrow they will take care of my refund, RUN, don’t shop anything with this company.

Es la peor florería en la que he comprado. No tienen servicio al cliente, el teléfono nunca lo contestan y además me cobraron un envío adicional porque la persona no estaba en casa y tuvieron que volver a entregar al día siguiente. Me parece totalmente ridículo, ya que la entrega debía realizarse correctamente desde el inicio.
El servicio al cliente es pésimo, de lo peor que puede haber en nuestro país. Lamentablemente, es una vergüenza para Ecuador.

En tu caso, el pedido fue registrado para ser entregado el día 11/05/26. En esa fecha acudimos al domicilio indicado; sin embargo, la destinataria no se encontraba en el lugar. Al comunicarnos telefónicamente, nos indicó que esperaba recibir el regalo el 10/05/26. En ese momento se le explicó que la orden había sido programada para el 11/05/26, de acuerdo con la fecha seleccionada al realizar la compra.
Posteriormente, la destinataria solicitó reprogramar la entrega para el 12/05/26 a las 9:00 a. m., y la entrega fue realizada correctamente en la fecha solicitada.
Asimismo, se informó oportunamente sobre la necesidad de cubrir un nuevo costo de envío debido a la reprogramación solicitada. Entendemos su molestia respecto a este punto y lamentamos que esta situación haya generado incomodidad; sin embargo, dicha información fue comunicada de manera clara y respetuosa en todo momento.
También queremos aclarar que nuestro equipo de Servicio al Cliente estuvo disponible para brindar asistencia y que nunca existió una falta de respeto hacia usted durante las comunicaciones realizadas.

Delivered something else from what I paid for
I have used this site before and I had no issues, I used it again trusting the service/quality was gonna be the same as the first time. I was wrong.
I bought a bouquet for mothers day, i picked up a beautiful red roses and lilys one which was $155 aus dls. What arrive was barely a bouquet with spotted roses and thats it. 0 love, 0 effort on making it look nice. My mother even said she had to fix it up to make it look presentable.
As you can understand being overseas for important dates like this is already hard enough, because you want to share and show your love being far away. So delivering an arrangement that isn't what I paid for, and isn't even beautiful to look at, adds unnecesary frustration.
The comparison pictures truly makes it look like a scam.
I would never write a review like this, but this experience has made me feel really sad. I just wanted the best for my mum.
I just want everyone to know you might get a good result when you order from here, but I wont be taking that chance again.

Decepcionante y caro
Prometen flores hermosas y frescas y recibí un ramo pequeño con rosas y lirios viejos y partes marchitas, el detalle que debía recibir era muy especial, realmente la calidad del producto fue malísima, además para el precio que cobran, deberían de ser más selectivos con los lugares que eligen en las ciudades, ya que son ocasiones especiales para lo que consideran utilizar sus servicios, en mi caso, LatinFlores eligió una floristería con muy malas reseñas, nota 2.6, lo cual no se compara con los precios que se cobran en esta plataforma. Las cuidé con mucho amor desde el día uno y al tercer día amarecieron completamente marchitos, y algunos de los lirios ni terminaron de abrir porque ya estaban muertos. No era un arreglo fresco ni tampoco de calidad, para el precio, realmente no ha valido la pena, traía una tarjeta barata y elaborada a la carrera y con errores. Deberían ser más profesionales y cuidadosos con los lugares que eligen para estos regalos importantes para ocasiones MUY ESPECIALES.

We had a bad experience with this company. We ordered an arrangement for delivery to a family that was grieving a loss. The rain was delivered and the recipient sent us a picture to thank us for the flowers. However, I noticed from the picture that of the card was very unprofessional with some mistake, covered up with writing on top of it and the flower arrangement looked nothing like the photo that was used to advertise it. I contacted the company to let them know and ask them to find a solution. The next thing I know the florist calls the grieving family to tell them she’s going to take the flowers back to use them for something else because the company was not going to pay her. I let the company know that this was happening and I don’t know what actions they took. However, all they did was offer a 15% discount the next time I would order. Why would I order from them again? In case if you want professional quality flower arrangements This might not be the place to go. Further, I would have never known the arrangement did not look like the picture had the person that sent me the photo so you never know what you’re going to get since they don’t send you photos themselves. Also, I’m not sure if they threatened not to pay the florist, but that is also unprofessional because I never requested a refund nor did I receive a refuns. I just asked them to find a solution.
Update: Just so you know I have photos of the delivered product and what was advertised. It’s far off from the photo. Your florist are unprofessional and tried to take flowers back from a grieving family when I complained, even though they collected payment. Don’t use this company.

Not delivered
Hi, I am very disappointed with ymthe service. In the future, I will only order through another deliverer. It was very, very embarrassing for me that the flowers were not delivered. Today it is too late.

This is probably one of the worst…
This is probably one of the worst services I have ever used. The website is basically unfunctional as I have not been able to reset my password to see my order and make sure it is going to the right place.
I have tried reaching out through their support chat and have not been responded to in over 5 hours now at this point.
I am really upset with the quality of service they are providing as I am unsure if my order is going to the right address, and not able to get in contact with anyone about this.
Now if I had the option to go back in time when choosing this kind of service. I WOULD STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

After some communication from the Customer Support. I would like to say, that they are very respectful in their responses.
But my initial option remains the same. After they contacted me. They mentioned that the colors I ordered were no longer available. Then after saying it was okay to proceed with color change. They came back after to say it was delivered. Even after the receiving party confirmed to me many times they did not receive the flowers.
After calling them out, saying it was never delivered, they had the audacity to reply back saying that even though I purchased from their website, that the purchase was processed through a third party. Which is why I couldn’t have it delivered.
I understand that the partner company does not guarantee delivery. But that fact they tried to say it was delivered when they knew it wasn’t, says enough for me.
