The service was easy to order
The service was easy to order, we had done our research and looked across the range of toppers wanting to be natural and healthy but to have good support. The product is nice in that it fitted easily and the cover makes it easy to clean. The only downside despite having the thicker latex , it still lacks the firmness we were looking for, it bounces back well but not sure it supports the hips, and back as much as we had hoped.

Toppers do not offer support and cannot make a mattress firmer. They can extend a mattress's lifespan without replacing it. However, they cannot fix indented mattresses if that is their aim.
Latex toppers are designed to enhance mattress comfort and softness by conforming to the body and reducing pressure points. The support is provided by the existing mattress, the topper follows its contours and enhances its performance. The deeper the topper is, the softer it will feel.

Excellent mattress
I came to the shop in London to try out the mattresses after viewing them online. I was given as much time as I needed to try each mattress and all my questions were answered in detail - I left knowing I had chosen a mattress that was right for me.
My requests for delivery date adjustments were accommodated, and the delivery itself was great - the mattress was brought up to my flat and into my bedroom.
After having used it for 5 months, I can safely sat that the mattress itself is brilliant - having never slept on a latex mattress before I am definitely glad I made the switch from traditional/memory foam hybrid mattresses. I also purchased two latex pillows which are also nice, but not as game changing as the mattress itself.

I highly recommend Latex Sense, you will receive exactly what is promised, a good quality product and the possibility of exchanging it for another model. I personally took advantage of this opportunity. My choice fell on Superior Latex Mattress, which did not fully convince me and I thought that the softer model would be better. Latex Sense replaced it as promised. Unfortunately, after only a few nights of sleeping on this soft mattress, I realized and felt that I needed a slightly firmer mattress. I was advised which models might meet my expectations and I decided to make another replacement, this time choosing the more traditional Vitality Latex Hybrid mattress. It was the perfect choice. This mattress gives me very good support and perfect comfort, I no longer feel pressure when sleeping on my side, my back and neck no longer hurt. A huge advantage are the natural and non-toxic materials from which my mattress is made. I also have the Super Comfort Dunlop Latex Pillow Slim Profile, which is also very comfortable, but for me it could be about 2 centimeters lower, then it would be perfect. I strongly recommend Latex Sense to everyone, great team and great service.

I recently bought a ‘medium comfort feel’ Superdeluxe mattress from Latex Sense. It turned out to be too soft and I decided to return it under the 50 night trial guarantee. It was exchanged for a ‘firm comfort feel’ mattress, again a Superdeluxe one.
This unfortunately was slightly too firm and Sveta at Latex Sense recommended that I tried a medium 5cm thick talalay mattress topper. This proved to be the answer and I’m now delighted with our purchases.
Throughout the whole process Sveta was extremely helpful in every way. She was always keen to make sure that I was totally satisfied I had the correct comfort feel. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
I have also bought many Latex Sense pillows over the past few years ans have always been very happy with them.

Good experience, no problems.
It was good to find a company producing natural latex toppers as I couldn't find any in shops anywhere and there does not seem to be that many on the market compared to other types of toppers. Delivery was fairly quick with no problems as advertised.
