Latex Sense Arvostelua 

After considerable research, looking for an all natural mattress (with no Springs, Plastic or Chemical treatment) I chose a Latex mattress from Latex Sense. The "Superior Latex Mattress double". Which was priced very reasonably compared to the competition. The sales team go to some trouble to get you the right product, however I initially chose the Medium firmness. After a few weeks I realised that It needed to be more firm (due to ongoing back problem) and they were happy to change it over at no extra charge, sending 2 people to do the changeover right onto my bed frame. I found all communication with this company to be clear and efficient. One year on i am still extremely happy with my purchase!

Bought the pillow and mattress topper listed below. The mattress topper has really helped ease the pain in my shoulders and back. It's supportive but soft enough to allow the heavier bits of the body to sink in. Definitely a winner for me!

However, I've found the pillow a little too firm. Too thick for back sleeping and not thick enough for side sleeping.

Amazing quality pillows

The mattress is a 'medium' and is used with a memory foam topper.
I found it has just the right support for me - having long standing spinal issues. I'm also 92 years old and I'm
limited in strength for turning the mattress. The company answered my questions and gave me guide lines about this. I'm very satisfied in every respect.

Love the mattress, so comfy, delivery was a couple hours late but they took to the room I chose so all good!

This pillow has stopped the persistent neck pain and given me a really good nights sleep. We had latex dunlopilos when we married in 1968 but we're unable to replace as the company ceased trading. My daughter advised us these latex pillows were really good so purchased two. Can't praise them enough for quality and service. Brilliant!

We purchased a Latex Opulence mattress in July 2023. Initially, it was very comfortable, but after a few months, the support began to deteriorate, leaving us waking up with aches in the middle of the night. We followed the manufacturer's guidance to rotate the mattress regularly, but we only experienced a few nights of comfortable sleep before the issue returned. After eight months, the situation had worsened, so we contacted Latex Sense. However, it took them a month to respond to our emails. Eventually, they agreed to take the mattress back for repair. The repair initially seemed fine for a few weeks, but soon the problems resurfaced, leaving us waking up multiple times during the night with aches and developing back pain. We are now completely frustrated with this company and are seeking a refund, as we are entitled to under the Consumer Rights Act. We would strongly advise against purchasing from this company.

I’ve now had my mattress from Latex Sense for 6 months, and I feel confident in sharing my experience. I purchased this mattress in June 2024 after weeks of research. It replaced a 6-year-old memory foam hybrid mattress that left both me and my wife waking up with sore backs and hips, feeling completely unrested. The change was long overdue.

Living in Glasgow, I wasn’t able to visit the London store to try the mattresses in person. Instead, I phoned and spoke with a very knowledgeable and helpful representative. She took the time to gather details about me and my wife, including our weights, sleeping positions, and preferences. She then provided three tailored recommendations with firmness options that ranged from budget to premium and fully organic. I was especially impressed with the level of customisation available, including the option to choose different firmness levels for each side of the mattress, joined by a zip to suit individual preferences. This level of service and attention to detail was unlike anything I’ve experienced before.

In the end, I opted for the Bliss Mattress in Firm (Superking size) as recommended. Delivery took about two weeks, and it was handled by a two-person crew who also removed my old mattress. They set up the new mattress on my bed frame, which was a relief given how heavy it is. Delivery was on time and executed to a very high standard.

Now, onto the mattress itself—simply put, it’s on another level. It strikes a perfect balance of being firm yet soft, supportive yet cradling. It’s an experience that’s hard to describe but absolutely remarkable. The quality of materials and craftsmanship is evident in every detail. It looks and feels built to last for years, if not decades.

The sleep quality my wife and I now enjoy is incomparable. The mattress is breathable, cool, and exceptionally comfortable. We wake up refreshed every morning without any discomfort or complaints. While the purchase was expensive (even with a discount code), it’s worth every single penny. In fact, it’s still far cheaper than heavily marketed big-brand options, which in my opinion don’t even come close to the quality and comfort of Latex Sense.

Since then, I’ve also purchased a latex pillow (from another supplier as Latex Sense was out of stock at the time), and it has further enhanced my sleep. I now only need one pillow instead of the three I previously used.

I’m so glad I found Latex Sense and couldn’t be happier with my mattress. I truly hope this company continues to produce high-quality products for decades to come. When my toddler transitions from her cot to a bed, I will undoubtedly come back to Latex Sense for her first mattress. I have no hesitation recommending you to friends and colleagues.

I've recently purchases a Sensation Latex Hybrid Mattress from Latex Sense. I could not be happier with my selection. The matress is firm, but supportive. I'm getting a great nights sleep. I've recenlty had 2 Tempur matresses and 1 TheraPur ActiGel Glacier 3800. None get me the support the Sensation Latex Hybrid Mattress does. This hybrid matress provide support from the spings, so you get a sense of resisitence the other matresses didn't. I couldn't find a recent review for this model, so if you are thinking of going for it, it would be a good option.

A mattress that doesn’t lead you to an early death. Unlike any mainstream mattresses regardless of their cost, this one is free from chemicals and plastics. This mattress is literally a Godsend. Organic materials are naturally resistant to things like fire and mould so there is no need for cancer-causing chemicals. For this alone it is a no-brainier to buy a Latex Sense mattress, but the one I got is SO COMFY too!! I got the coconut coir dual firm mattress and it took the worry away about using a firm mattress for the first time. Both sides are supportive and it feels amazing waking up on it. I really wish this company the best with future sales because this company NEEDS to be around for it gives so much benefit to our health and wellbeing. The pricing is lower than other companies who, bless them, also make organic mattresses. The delivery was super - the mattress came in a huge cardboard box and was quite quick! My last point is that this company make ALL UK STANDARD sizes - THANK YOU. I will always chose Latex mattresses.

I was referred to Latex Sense by John Ryan mattresses – I needed to change my JR mattress to an organic latex one when I broke my back. I needed a soft but firm support. JR mattresses didn’t have a suitable latex and referred me to Sveta at Latex Sense who suggested their organic Cloud Latex mattress. I ordered it online and received in just over two weeks. The delivery went extremely smoothly and Sveta made sure everything was exactly as I wanted it. The quality of the organic latex and the support it offers is exceptional and the customer service is personal, efficient and professional……. Not to mention fast. I would definitely use this company again.

I bought an organic Serenity mattress from Latex sense in late 2016. 13 months later my husband and I were both having back pain and I emailed the company in some despair. That email never received a response ... and I consider that to be very lucky! I really don't understand what that episode of back pain was about, but in time, it passed. I actually wonder if our bodies were slowly adjusting to the better mattress and working out some niggles. Today the mattress continues to be one of the comfiest I have ever slept on. I'm hugely impressed with its longevity and will not think twice before buying another one in future. Expensive but so well worth it.

Cloud Organic Latex King - medium and Latex Bliss Double - medium. Ordered 7th March 2024. Delivered 5th April. Did a lot of research trying all mattresses from major retailers and became interested in the benefits of Latex vs the others. Problem was where to actually try out the product. Then discovered the shop in Southgate and paid a visit. All of the products were on display and available to try under the expert guidance of Sveta on-site. Wife and I returned a 2nd time to make a final decision on our preferred purchase and ordered, although frankly all of the mattresses seemed great making it a tough call. The delivery process and old mattress removal was excellently performed by a two man crew. Since then there has been ample time to assess our purchase and I must say we are delighted with the comfort and build quality of the product. We bought Velfont mattress protectors from John Lewis which have added the finishing touch. Latex Sense deserve high praise for the quality and integrity of their operation and product. Highly recommended by us.

Purchased 2 slim profile latex pillows and a Luxury Dunlop 8cm latex topper so far. Delighted with the quality and comfort. I am mainly a side sleeper and find these pillows ideal. Haven't had the topper long but am so glad I bought it. Would advise purchasers to check the weight of toppers and mattresses as they are heavy. I have found Latex Sense to be a good company whose communication and speed of delivery is first class.
