Would highly recommend
After a bit of difficulty placing an order through the website, we ended up dealing with an exceptionally helpful real person. The product (a mattress) and pricing are excellent, the delivery service provided a two hour window and phoned us shortly before they arrived. The mattress was unpacked for us, placed on the bed and the packaging removed. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Really good advice at point of sale
Really good advice at point of sale, I was definitely leaning towards buying the firmest option (Opulence latex mattress) but took on board the guidance given and went with the medium option, it is still quite firm and I think I may have regretted choosing the firmest. I knocked one star as the delivery experience was okay but not great (appreciate this is via a third-party company but still affects the overall purchase experience) as when I spoke with courier they were unclear on date until just before delivery which was tricky as I needed to arrange someone to help me unpack and situate the mattress.

It did the job I bought it for!
I bought the pillow because I needed support whilst sleeping in a chair due to a broken Humerous. Nearly 20wks not in a bed! All good now though. The pillow was supportive. I turned it regularly. It didn't particularly keep it's shape because of the nature of use I'm sure. I would rebuy but having moved back into bed I bought a body pillow to prevent rolling onto a newly healed arm!! Plus don't enjoy sitting in my chair without my back pillow!!

The money back guarantee is legitimate and they refunded my money after trying two different mattresses. They also pay and provide all the packaging for the returns.

After five years of sleeping on our Bliss latex mattress I can still claim it's the best mattress we've ever had. It doesn't even looked used after all this time. It was made to spec for an unusual sized bed and is sooo comfy. I still look forward to bedtime! Very decent price for such quality sleep and great to know it's all natural materials. We changed all our bedding to cotton and wool so it can breathe and it will last many more years. Definitely recommend!

Comfortable, good buy.
I bought a new firm mattress a few months ago which was a little uncomfortable. Having Fibromyalgia and hip and knee arthritis I needed something to ease the pain from pressure points. I also wanted a mattress topper that would not get hot. Research led me to look for a Latex one. It has proved to be a very comfortable, good buy.

My hip and shoulder pains gone
I've had my Latex Sense rubber mattress topper for a few weeks now, and I can't believe the difference it's made. Before using it, I was dealing with persistent hip and shoulder pain that was really affecting my sleep. Since adding this topper to my bed, all of that pain has completely disappeared.
I was also very careful to choose a topper that wouldn't trap heat. I can happily say that the Latex Sense topper has kept me cool and comfortable throughout the night.
Overall, I'm extremely pleased with this purchase. My sleep quality has improved dramatically, and I can finally wake up pain-free. It's been a very positive experience.

Agonised over a choice of mattress for…
Agonised over a choice of mattress for months, and finally decided on a latex one for allergies. We chose the Sensation hybrid, and we're extremely happy with it - no allergy issues, very comfortable, and it's not making me overheat. The latex does have a bit of a strong smell at first, but that's to be expected, and it faded after a few weeks.
The delivery team were also excellent.

The Mattress is very smelly, the smell of the latex gives me headache, I bought this five months ago, it still has very strong smell, which makes it useless and sitting in our storage room. The mattress made my back worse than…
The mattress made my back worse than what I was suffering through the old mattress. Resulting in my sleeping on the old (so glad, didn't dispose of the old). Sadly the warranty/guarantee offered is not as it is stated. After initial 50/60 days trial, they offer you an alternative that is worse than original (tested at their only store). Failing which, they expect you to pay extra to supplement the original. Basically no chance of return. So its a lose lose for you and win win for them. To be fair, I have given the additional star as the boss tried to aid me, but only in the selection and not anything else. 726411. Update to latex sense reply. 50 days 60 days regardless, within the expiry period teodor was consulted numerous times, with no resolution in the end. So to all considering purchase, be wary.

During this time, if you're not satisfied, we offer a one-time replacement, followed by an additional 50-night trial for the new mattress. If your replacement choice is more expensive, you simply pay the difference. If it's cheaper, we refund the difference.
