TERRIBLE QUALITY RINGS
I have never come across a company worse than this! Story: i ordered a snake ring. Its very soft and bends super easy. If you bend your finger stones IMMEDIATELY COME OUT (can you imagine people that wear rings bend their fingers!!! Crazy isn't it)! As i ordered from the website Secret Sales they said we don't offer exchange.
Return the faulty one and place a new order for the new one. So i did. When the 2nd!!!! Ring arrived, as soon as i put it on, walked from one room to another, wrote something in my dairy number of stones came out AGAIN! MIND ME THIS IS THE SAME DAY I RECEIVED THE RING! I of course returned the second ring too! Why would i want a ring for 75 pounds that you can't really do anything in, just basically put it on and take it off immediately. If you move or bend your finger stones (many stones, not just the one) come out immediately! Its within my rights to return a bad quality product.
You would never believe, but this absolutely unprofessional company FIXED IT and posted them back! Can you imagine! This has literally NEVER HAPPENED TO ME.
When i messaged the company to say i want a refund they kicked off and said ive damaged them 🤣 by putting them on basically! I tried to explain rings on the fingers arent supposed to be THIS FRAGILE with stones coming out with each movement of your hand/finger.
They said im the only one saying so! They are amazing and i have to keep 2!!!! Of the bad quality rings! INSANE!
I SAID I WILL WRITE A REVIEW! They said they will fight for the untrue review! But i have proof! Pics and within my consumer rights to return a low quality product. Especially within the 30 days!
Mind you their website says if your not happy with the quality, we will refund no questions asked 🤣🤣🤣
Anyway the website i bought it via will sort this! LUCKILY! But please bear in mind of the terrible quality and even more disgraceful customer service.
If i would buy this ring at full price, it would cost something like 140 pounds or so! Think twice before ordering as if its poor quality you will be blamed and they will probably make you keep the item. Company must be doing exceptionally badly if they are trying to make you keep a poor quality ring and blaming customers for their production being of such a poor quality.
I would say STAY AWAY!
RESPONSE TO A VERY EXPECTED ANSWER:
i couldn't have done anything to a ring within 2 hours! You don't need to do anything to it apart from putting it on. I am aloud to use social meadia to share my experience and the rubbish quality rings you sold me. I will get my money back and will continue making honest reviews. You want to work on how you approach customers. If i would treat my customers the way you treat yours i would have no business. And seriously i went and damaged 2 rings on purpose?!?! Do you really think i have nothing else to do. I no longer wish to communicate with you. I hope this review will open peoples eyes on your diabolical work and service.

Upon thorough inspection, both items were found to be significantly damaged, including visible scratches and structural bending, which indicates mistreatment rather than regular wear. While our designs are crafted with durability in mind, as with all costume jewellery, they require appropriate care and can sustain damage through activities such as household chores or carrying heavy items.
At Latelita, we take pride in our commitment to customer satisfaction and fair warranty practices. Even in cases where items are out of warranty or mistakenly damaged, we often offer goodwill replacements. However, in this instance, the extent of the damage and the nature of the claim suggested an attempt to misuse our warranty policy, leading to its rejection. Despite this, we proceeded with complimentary repairs and returned the items at no cost to you as a goodwill gesture.
We are proud of our high customer satisfaction ratings and the exceptional quality of both our products and after-sales service. Thousands of satisfied customers can attest to our professionalism and commitment to excellence. While we regret that we could not meet your expectations in this instance, we cannot accept a review that appears to be influenced by frustration rather than an objective assessment of our service.
Furthermore, we have a complete record of our communication, including messages in which you explicitly threatened to use your social media following to damage our reputation. We also retain the photos and videos of the returned items as evidence. We take such matters seriously and will not hesitate to take appropriate legal action to protect our business from unjustified attacks.

I accidentally clicked twice on the travel protection when completing my order. I e-mailed them and they responded quickly and removed the second charge. The earrings came quickly and were packaged well. My niece loved them and is excited to wear them for her wedding.
