Ordered a air of trousers for a special family event. Order acknowledged but could not give a delivery date. Advised them by return that unless delivery could be confirmed by4th September then order toe cancelled and full refund.

Said order was being processed but offered 10% discount. Chased several times and the goods eventualy arrived on 17th September. Advised no longer required and requested full refund. Return email said customer to return to China with a 10% refund about £2.70. At no time did it says customer was responsible for returning goods.

Have threatened Trading Standards and bank investigation. Now waiting their latest missive. Stay well clear of this company.

They sent me the wrong item and refused to follow their own return policy. Avoid at all costs, I believe they use images and descriptions of products which are not what they send. Unhelpful customer service.

Wanted a knots waffle blanket. Found one on taalita, pictured and advertised as a blanket, I then get an email to say 'your order of 1000g of yarn ball is on its way'. I emailed them within less than 24 hours of processing the order and asked for an order cancellation and refund, they told me it was not possible to cancel my order and that I should accept it with a goodwill gesture of 10% refund. I refused. Still they suggested I accept their order, I refused again and explained I would contact my bank for an investigation and refund along with trading standards, within less than 24 hours they processed my refund! Do not let them get away with doing the same to you!

If you are reding this review the chances are that you have been conned already just like I was!
I ordered 3 quick solution grass seed mat for £74,85 on the 12 August. After much woffle and many emails trying to sell me other items i received the mats the 14th of September.
to say I'm disappointed is an understament; absolute rubbish, not worth a fiver and I will just bin them.
I will in future, look up the reviews on Trust Pilot before ordering from a firm that I havent used before.

Ordered a smoke and carbon monoxide alarm for a reasonable price. Received an email immediately with the invoice for the correct amount. Two hours later, received another email to say they had "updates" my order and added a second alarm ( which I had not ordered). Checked my bank account on line and both purchases were showing as pending. Immediately emailed the company to sayI did not want the second item and wanted a refund. Reply came back the next day to say it was too late, they suggested I keep both items and they will give me a 10% refund. Sent email back immediately to say this is unlawful, quoting the consumer law and want a refund. Still waiting for a reply but, as everyone else says, this company is not legit. Steer clear. Wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

The worst experience of my life ,I ordered a single bed quilt cover ,bed sheet ,pillow case and a free heart shaped pillow ,,they sent me a double ,a flat sheet and a pillow case ,I know now it’s a scam ,,after 30 emails and them telling me it was my mistake and they could offer me up to a 50% discount if I kept it ,,,it’s not what I ordered and paid for !!!! So in the end they said they would send me the 5 piece set I ordered and paid for ,they confirmed in an email what was in the package and it was at the airport ,,,omg the same double quilt cover ,flat sheet and pillow case has turned out ,,the quality is terrible and they tell lies ,,the same email has arrived making me think that this is a scam and there is no 5 piece set ,,I am now charging them £50 a day for storage of there goods ,customer service I am sure is a bott and I am determined to get my goods I ordered and the money for storage of the terrible quality bedding I don’t need ,did not order or have any use for apart from lining my bin ,,massive warning beware !!!! The most terrible experience I have ever had on line ,stay clear !!!!!!!

I ordered a combimation lock from this company, not realising it was Chinese - I should have checked reviews before ordering but hey-ho, lesson learned. After a three week wait I finally got my item. In fairness, I did get the exact item I'd paid for, unlike some of the reviewers on here. But within ten minutes the lock just turned without locking, so totally useless! What happened next is par for the course for most of these companies: to get a full refund I have to pay the postage to return the item, or keep it and get a 10% refund! I took the refund because I want no further dealings with this company or others like them.
Was it a scam? Well for me it wasn't really because I got what I ordered - if it was still working I wouldn't be writing this review. But the "scam" is getting your money back. Now, what shall I buy with my £1.90 refund...

Ordered a code lock for my kitchen as I have a non verbal autistic son who seeks out danger. Still not here, can't track because they make u download an app that adds ur email and wants ur passwords. It was only £21 so it's not about the money, but I still haven't received it, no communication and it said that it wud b here in afew days 3 wks ago when I ordered, never looked at reviews so my bad, but wanted 2 make 1 myself 2 prewarn those who do check 1st

Ordered smartwatch on 30th August. It claimed 2 to 4 days delivery still not arrived. Don’t use them

Placed order 05/08/26. Never received order.
Instructed my bank to recall the money back.
Do not use this company.

Received my decanter today after nearly a month of fighting for a response to why it was taking so long. Then when I received it it wasn't worth waiting for was alot smaller than it looked in the picture and for over £30 was never worth the money...I can see after reading these reviews that this was a total scam and that I should never have wasted my money. Avoid this company 💯

Ordered 6th August and still hasn’t turned up! Contacted customer services numerous times and They refuse to refund, and offered 15% off the product which also has clearly been lost with the package itself!!!
there’s no tracking details. No item and no help from customer services! Poor poor poor.

I ordered a gold dog chain off these on 1st Sept and I know we are only on 2nd Sept now but I have gone onto their website and tried to track my order and it says the order cannot be found when I enter my order number and email address. I have since been looking at other people's reviews and they are really bad, I really wish I'd have read the reviews before ordering from this company.

They advertised an 8 tb memory drive for a low price £64.15 Which I paid months ago, after several weeks I received a small empty plastic box which is not a memory drive, I checked the box which has no inner components. I immediately contacted them. They wanted me to deal with a company based in China, which I have no contact with. They offered me three different refunds reliant on me sending the box to China. I pointed out that I had a contract with them for the 8tb memory drive and they had broken the contract by not providing the item paid for, and refusing to refund the money fraudulently taken. They are con artists falsely advertising genuine items but sending 50p plastic box. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AS THEY LIE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. It is the old adage that if the deal seems too good to be true it probably is. I would never recommend or deal with this company again. I have requested their address but they refuse to provide it. They are liars and thieves and should be avoided at all cost. They should receive a zero star but it is not an option. Worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.

I would give zero stars if Trustpilot allowed it.

I placed an order with Taalita and subsequently contacted Customer Service to cancel it. I was told that my order could not be changed or cancelled because it was already “being processed.”

However, their subsequent email completely contradicted this, stating that my order was still being prepared for shipment in their warehouse and had not yet been dispatched.

I therefore made it absolutely clear that I wanted the order cancelled immediately and my money refunded in full.

Despite this, my instructions have apparently been ignored. I have received no confirmation that the order has been cancelled and no confirmation that my refund has been processed.

I have now reached the point where I am having to contact my bank to recover my money because Taalita appear either unwilling or unable to deal with a very straightforward cancellation and refund request.

What is particularly frustrating is that I have given them every opportunity to resolve this directly, yet their customer service has been completely ineffective.

My experience has been:
❌ Conflicting information
❌ Failure to action a clear cancellation request
❌ Failure to provide a refund
❌ Extremely poor communication
❌ Having to involve my bank to try to recover my money

Having now looked at other recent Trustpilot reviews, I can see that I am far from the only customer experiencing problems with communication, refunds and orders. (Trustpilot⁠)

My advice would be to think very carefully before ordering from Taalita.

I certainly will never order from them again.

Do not order from this company. Purchased a 31.5 inch circle bedroom rug and received a small circle sticker!! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering, but I had no reason to doubt the online shop. Do not order from them! No refund given and the best offer I received from email support was 50% off the wrong item sent or return the unwanted item back to China at my own expense.

I believe this company is a scam. We ordered an air conditioning unit for 800 British Pounds. We recieved an air purifier worth 40 pounds. When we asked for this to be corrected the said they would only return 30% of the value as a refund and that we had to return the product at our own cost to China. We would not be getting the product we ordered and 30% was the maximum they would give us back. Do not order anything from this company. We have reported them to our bank as well as the Federal Trade Commison. They are now selling the AC unit we bought on their website for 10,000 pounds! I really think someone needs to look into this company as they are an absolute scam.
