Hello Teri,

Thank you for your purchase, we're very sorry to hear that they didn't hold for you. Our magnetic liner has been through rigorous testing and should give an all-day hold, anything less than that may be a faulty liner. We would love to get this working for you or send out a replacement.

Please contact us using the email support@lashgoodies.co.uk or by phone 08001184065 or using the chatbox on our website and we will find a solution to satisfy you.

Thank you and sorry again.

I had great customer service as the Post Office damaged my delivery, Lash Goodies sent me out another one the same day!!! The lashes are totally amazing, great quality and five sets, great value and more importantly so easy to use I LOVE LOVE LOVE them, I used to have lash extensions which were costly and time consuming, just wished I’d found Lash Goodies sooner!! Thank you so so much I will definitely be buying more 💗

Easy application and easy to put lashes…

Easy application and easy to put lashes on very fast drying liner but does come off and I think I may have a bad batch of lashes as I've had to trim the end because there was no lash there and it was poking at my eyes and I know most lashes you have to trim to fit but this was a joke ! But other than that there ok
