The beauty agenda contacted me and said there would be a short delay on my R+Co Bel Air order. That was OK, didn't mind waiting. They were very sorry about that. When the order finally arrived a week or 2 late it was a box delivery with several additional lovely products and makeup tools. I was absolutely surprised and delighted! Thank you so much.
I love the Bb invisible oil shampoo and conditioner sachets for my dry, wavy 50+ age hair. You've given me free sachets of these before and I saved them for my holiday abroad, very handy! I placed an order on March 30, which was estimated to be delivered within 2 to 4 days and I have not yet received any updates or information about the shipment.

Ironic that you have asked me to review you when I did not ever receive the product I ordered, I have not had a response to my emails. I have started a dispute with my bank to try and claim my money back. So my review of Beauty Agenda is unfortunately, I would not recommend buying from you.

You sent the wrong item, and I have emailed 2/3 times for a refund, and you do not respond. And it is because you sent the wrong item in the first place that I am asking for a refund.

My order arrived promptly! I will order from them again!

I received the wrong item and emailed them on 18 May, chasing again last week, but still no response. Their autoreply says they aim to reply within 48 hours.

Excellent product shampoo and conditioner called centred. Delivered and packed carefully.
