Lash Goodies Arvostelua

I order eyelashes kit twice and didn't get my delivery in home. I emailed and no response from you.

I have emailed twice about this. I never received my item and no updates were given. I selected free next day delivery but nothing showed up. Order is not even showing as dispatched.

I want a refund.

Hi, I placed my original order a few weeks back which got cancelled with no advise to why this happened. I did email at the time to see why, however I did not get a response so just assumed it was an error, and I re-placed my order. (Once I had received the refund)
This second order has not been shipped nor cancelled. I have sent correspondence 4 times but still not received any response to either emails or messages. I have tried calling and the phone number on the website does not connect.
I have purchased their lashes in the past and have always been happy however this experience has left a bitter taste. I would appreciate any help in getting this resolved. I did not want to leave a negative review but felt I had exhausted all other methods of communication to try and get this resolved.

I have ordered , order no 7645 Ihave not yet received

Still waiting for my order after 2 weeks and have had no reply to my 2 emails I’ve sent them. They were due to be dispatched next day with priority delivery! Would at least expect an update if it’s delayed. Very poor communication, should not be selling products if they cannot produce the goods!

Ordered additional magnetic glue. First time was refunded and so thought this was just an error. Ordered again and have still not received my item. Tried to contact customer services and had no response from anyway.
Had always had great experiences with lash goodies prior to this, so very disappointed

I didn't receive my full order, I ordered an extra eyeliner as they haven't been as good as they used to be, they don't last long anymore and there gloopy, the last 3/4 times it's been like that. But now the item was missing all together.

Answer emails and send the goods out I got scammed

I ordered these over 2 weeks ago. No update from company as to when they will be arriving even after emailing them. I have since received 2 emails from them asking how I rate my experience with them…. I HAVENT RECEIVED THE LASHES!!!!

Fantastic
Ordered 3 times excellent service excellent lashes

Delivery was quick & the lashes are great . The only negative was you sent me a clear lash pen when I asked for black .

Don’t bother they never reply to messages and the glue doesn’t work it runs out far too quick seems like there’s nothing in it and when you email on FB and reply don’t waste your money
