I have ordered two t-shirts at the same time, the ordering process and the shipment was absolutely fine. I washed both of them (normal washing with some similar other t-shirts) and unfortunately the printing on one of the t-shirt's just damaged badly (the other stayed fine), so i raised a complaint via their website. Based on the pictures the accepted the complain and immediately started to print a new t-shirt and shipped for free (i need to say that the customer service was just excellent. Thanks for that!). Unfortunately the printing on the new t-shirt's damaged again after the first wash (even if an other washing machine's used and the other clothes had no issues - as usual), but this time i don't want to ask for a replacement as it has no sense to have lot of t-shirts with bad printing.

As a summary i would say that the ordering process and the customer service's excellent. The printing quality should be improved.

I received my personalized poster in a timely manner and its super nice! I even had it custom framed, which made it look even nicer! The print quality is excellent! Very nice company to buy from!

I would like to say Thanks for a job well done. I ordered
4 cups as gifts. They came in there own boxes but one was broken. I email, got a response, re ordered and received the replacement all in 5 days. That was awesome. Thanks again, I will be ordering again.

This company is extremely professional and easy to work with. They were eager to design the shirts to my liking. I love the shirts I've bought from them. I've even bought a couple of shirts for my friends. They make great gifts. Excellent quality too. I will buy from Largetee again.

I don't honestly know how I happened upon this company, except to say that I love all things giraffe. The World Giraffe Day shirt with the 9 species on it was right up my alley. I'm thrilled with the shirt!! It's a nice, heavy quality, & the printing is done very well. I will definitely order from them again!

I’ve ordered from this company before and they are way better than others that I’ve ordered from on Facebook. If they make a mistake or I make a mistake they try to rectify the situation.

best custoer service I've had in a long time ... created a 'special' order for me... kept in touch thru the 'order placed / order shipped and follow up with delivery delays due to USPS issues ... Loved the design, hope they market it ... should be a great seller for them! I'm not the only 'retired horse person' out there!

My experience here was nothing but the absolute best. My shirts and sweatshirts are all perfectly designed and washed up really nice. They are quick to respond and answer questions. All my orders arrived promptly.
