My t-shirt is a large size shirt with the wrong tag size on it. Or their size chart is wrong. I have never had so much issues with a company like this.
Ordered an XL it fits like a L I asked for an exchange to an XXL so it did fit my friend with a pic and they refused asked for a refund and they said it was past the 30 days. Well by then it was cause they take forever to respond and don't take responsibility for their shirt mistake.

Not only did they create a design for my crossbreed Cockalier dogs to put on a tee shirt but when the tee shirt that I had ordered based on the past sizes I had ordered and their size guide was much too big for me they replaced it at no charge. This has been the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had with a company and I highly recommend them.
