I ordered a shirt to be sent to my sister. I recieved a notification from my credit untion that the sale was declined for possible fraud...reply Y or N if this was fraud...I replied N...then got a notification to place order again, which I did...I then immediately emailed this company (this was August 6th at 7:39 pm, so I knew they were probably closed) explaining that my credit union stated the first order was declined, that I had placed a second order, and that I wanted to make sure they didn't charge/ship the first order, just to be sure...I received the first response on August 8th at 12:06 stating "Our Fulfillment Team is currently reviewing your request to cancel your initial order (ID: RL-10588-17638). Please, be informed that every purchase on our website is securely authenticated, and we do not store sensitive information. Only you, as the authorized individual, can make and authorize payments on our platform. We understand the importance of your request and will get back to you with an update as soon as we have more information."...Today, August 8th at 9:32 am, I received the following "Unfortunately, our Fulfillment Team has informed me that the cancellation request for your initial order could not be processed, as it had already reached the processing stage at the time of your request. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause."...It also appears, and is never disclosed, that these products ship from China!...I will also be fling complaints with the TN and CA State Attorney General offices, as well as the BBB, along with advising friends, family and others on social media how this company operates...I have advised my sister to refuse the orders and I will be disputing the charges with my credit union.

When I was looking at this website it said that if I signed up with my email I would receive 10% off my first order it gave me a code of Faith 10 so I did order a t-shirt and the coupon code was invalid and did not work and turn I did not receive 10% off false advertising

All of our experiences with "Be Strong" have been positive. Their t-shirts are "true to size" and wear well. But, perhaps our favorite "plus" for Be Strong is their inclusion/positive comments plus dogs on the t-shirts we've ordered. Numerous people have remarked about them, wondering where bought them. We just tell them "go online and put in "be strong" apparel. Their prices are reasonable and arrive quickly.

I ordered the Daughter-in-Law tshirt. I ordered a size larger than she wears. When I contacted BeStrong they were very understanding and sent me the correct size and let me keep the larger one, I just had to pay shipping for the second one. I didn’t know what to do with the first one. I ended up giving it to my ex DIL to give to my grandson’s wife. I will definitely purchase from BeStrong again. Excellent quality product and service.
