If there was a 0 star option i would have selected it was bad service at its best! I purchased a cordless laresar vaccum elite 7 in December 2023 and in march noticed the battery lasted maybe 12 minutes so i contacted Laresar and they said they would mail out a new battery...we are May 13 and still no battery after trying to contact them they do not return emails through the place of purchase i was given a tracking number only to find out a shipping label was created april 4th and nothing was shipped now they are ignoring me.. if you are thinking of purchasing a Laresar product my advice to you is turn around and RUN!!

Sono quasi due anni che ho acquistato il robot Laresar 6pro. Mai avuto problemi, assistenza sempre presente in tempo record, mi hanno anche inviato i ricambi per facilitarmi l'acquisto. Ora l'applicazione mi dice che c'é un problema batteria e che devo contattare l'assistenza. Come prima risposta mi hanno proposto l'invio della batteria nuova. Ma io come la cambio la batteria? Ho chiesto almeno delle istruzioni da poter dare ad un qualsiasi centro assistenza di elettrodomestici, ma sono spariti. Non rispondo più nemmeno ai miei solleciti.

I have purchased a Laresar L6 Pro in December 2022, I have had one too many issues with the product as "Cliff Sensor", "Mapping" and "Wi-Fi" connection was problematic and the product was keep stopping in the middle of a session. Contacted customer services but have had bizarre instructions, done them all and had no visible improvement. I have been promised a replacement and the replacement product started failing with other error messages in a month. Currently it cannot be used and customer services are doing everything to dodge refund, I hate the fact that I have paid for this product almost 400£ and have been cleaning my place on my own. Stay clear of this company, they deserve to be bankrupted.

Bonjour j’ai acheté cette aspirateur robot et laveur Lorezar 10 mois après en panne, batterie HS, le pire c’est qu’ils font le mort, ils ne vous répondent même pas et pour couronner le coup Amazon à retiré l’aspirateur robot de les achats, comme si je l’avais pas acheté, ce sont des escorts.
N’achetez jamais cette marque, tout le monde à ce problème et la marque n’assume rien que vendre leur produits qui valent pas un clou.
J’ai eu un Roomba 6 ans qui à été pour le coup une bonne marque.

Very helpful before you buy then they ignore on you.
I tried for 1 month to get any response on my order status using their chatbot, info-mail, answering their mail where they confirmed my purchase without any response. When I decided to make a repurchase to not "exceed the eu policy on purchase online" they resurrect from the dead to only tell you that you will not get refund.
0 customer service.

It feels generous to even give the one star for this company. The robot last a month without a fault and to make things worse when I contacted their ‘customer support’ they advise the parts needed would take up to 20 working days to ship from China. Not impressed but I waited and finally nearly a month later the parts I was promised did not arrive! Contacted ‘customer support’ again and they advised they would ship the parts from the UK factory and over a week later still not parts. Contacted them again was told it was ‘lost’ and told me they would ship again. As of today I still have not received these make believe parts. Also, not too impressed that I have had to wait over a month for parts that apparently could have been shipped within the UK from the start. Very poor service and response from this company and despite trying to raise an official complaint I still keep getting the same generic responses. Stay clear of these clowns for sure.

Problème au bout de 18 mois, service après vente a été très réactif, pour le coup, je recommande !

Laresar Elite 4. Prodotto buono sino a quando non si cercano ricambi o assistenza. Dopo un anno dall'acquisto cerco una spazzola di ricambio e non se ne trovano in nessun posto. Email alla assistenza e la risposta è sconcertante: cercano solo di deviare l'argomento con futili richieste senza dare alcuna concreta risposta. Questa è la cosa peggiore che un costruttore possa fare: non dare risposte ai clienti.

J'ai acheté un aspirateur LARESAR ELLITE 3.
Il a marché 4 mois seulement en l'utilisant peu . j'envoie des mails à LARESAR mais sans réponse.
il n'y a pas d'après vente chez LARESAR
un achat pour rien!

Had trouble with The elite 5, within 2 weeks of use. The power head keeps cutting out. I was told by support at Larezar, after a few back and forth emails, that a replacement was on the way with in 2 months due to shipping issues. That was March of this year. I have a feeling its not on the way. Very disappointed in the aftermarket assistance in this company. Th product work pretty good for the first use.

Great support team for two reasons:
1) Support team marks your inquiries Resolved without even answering. Telepathic response technology. A miracle!
2)Highly recommend for introverts. Be ignored - be happy.

Contacted the '24 hour a day' service 24 hours ago and no response whatsoever. Hopeless.

UPDATE: Finally received a helpful response, which actually went above and beyond the necessary.

They encouraged you to write a positive review on purchase ( via Amazon !!) in exchange for ‘freebies ‘ - worked fine for first week but various issues with charging , finding base , losing maps etc etc - wrote to their ‘help’ number in their app in July - no answer and still shows as ‘unprocessed ‘ - sent again today - this auto robot cleaner supposed to make life easier - been nothing but hassle - so now have non -functioning cleaner with their ‘help ‘ function not working - poor customer service - still awaiting ‘help’ or contact !!

J ai acheté un robot aspirateur laveur sur amazon de la marque Laresar.
La fonction lavage ne marchait plus dans la période hors garantie.
Je me rapproche d amazon qui m oriente vers Laresar.
Nous essayons par quelques mails de résoudre la panne. Rien n y fait jusqu'à ce que la proposition d échange du matériel. Il est convenu que des le retour de mon matériel, ils m adressent un nouveau robot.
Je n ai pas eu à attendre une semaine que j avais déjà mon robot et un remboursement partiel de mes frais d envoi.
Très contente des échanges, de la réactivité des équipes et de la prise en charge hors délai de mon matériel.

J'ai acheté sur Amazon début avril 2022 un robot aspirateur-laveur Laresar L6Pro. Après avoir déposé un avis mitigé sur l'appareil, j'ai été contacté à plusieurs reprises sur ma boîte mail par le service commercial de cette entreprise (Laresar) pour me demander de rehausser ma note à 5 étoiles en l'assortissant d'une promesse de "récompense" de 30€ puis, dans le dernier courrier, de 50€. Je laisse donc chacun juge de la sincérité des avis dithyrambiques que l'on peut lire. Je constate chez moi que, au bout de moins de 2 mois d'utilisation, mon ancien aspirateur Dyson est à nouveau utilisé à la place du robot. Est-ce suffisamment explicite ?
