Awful customer service. I had an issue with the robovaccum I purchased and customer service said they will replace the battery for me as that’s the issue and now it’s been months I’m getting no reply from them. I keep emailing them but nothing. Now I have something I paid so much for and it doesn’t even work. Don’t waste your money.

From day one its been struggling to even pick up feathers and little seeds....

Im very dissapointed in this product plus there is zero customer service after u buy this product...

Laresar may be the worst customer support I've seen until now... Broken vaccum with an error, they told they would replace the battery and so on so further and it's been 8 months and they didn't even own up to it! They waited until the end of my warranty to stop responding! Please DON'T BUY ANYTHING from this company unless you want to throw your money in the gargage!!

L'aspirapolvere va bene, ma nom esiste che l'acquisti su Amazon e poi non trovi i ricambi. Puoi praticamente buttarla. Mai più acquisterò marchi che non siano conosciuti. Tra l'altro costata più di altre blasonate marche, ma ripeto, l'aspirapolvere è perfettamente funzionante e questo frustra ancora di più che devo buttarla perché non posso cambiare il filtro. Vergognoso

I bought a Laresar Ultra 7, and I had issues from day one with parts that were not working correctly! They were replaced after a couple of weeks, but they kept breaking. They sent me a new one after dealing with way too many small part replacements.
After a couple of months, now is the battery that is not working (it died out?). Now, I am trying to get a replacement battery, but nobody is telling me how to get it. I think that I am giving up altogether and getting a new vacuum cleaner from a different brand.

Have a broken Laresar L6 Pro robot vacuum that's still "under warranty" but their customer support refuses to repair or replace it. Have been in contact with them regularly for almost a year and nothing has been done or will be done. I've asked for my money back but they refuse. Stay away from this company if you want any kind of support.

What a brilliant machine! With having two dogs, even though they are short haired, the Evol 3 vacuums all of the hair each day and then vacuums the edges before moping the floor, all while I’m at work. Would highly recommend and customer service was fast an efficient at registering the 2 year warranty - 5 stars!

Would like to give zero stars. Cannot reach customer service for a product that died under warranty. No response on website form or from email. Have been trying for several weeks and repeated contact attempts. No way to get them to respond. Junk product and non-existent support. AVOID at all costs.

Enttäuschend – Keine Kaufempfehlung

Ich habe den Akkustaubsauger Elite 8 von Laresar über Amazon gekauft. Anfangs war ich wirklich zufrieden mit der Saugleistung und der Handhabung – für die ersten Monate ein solides Gerät.

Leider hat der Akku bereits nach ca. 6 Monaten komplett den Geist aufgegeben. Seitdem ist der Verkäufer auf Amazon nicht mehr auffindbar. Trotz Registrierung des Produkts auf der offiziellen Website von Laresar und mehrmaliger Kontaktaufnahme über verschiedene Kanäle, habe ich bis heute keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Die versprochene 2-jährige Garantie ist somit völlig wertlos.

Für mich ist klar: Finger weg! Keine Kaufempfehlung.

Vacuum broke within a year customer service was absolutely terrible they did not honour their warranty and kept telling me they had shipped a replacement but would not provide me with a tracking number and I never did receive the replacement been back and fourth with customer service for 7 months!!! STAY AWAY DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE actual purchase July 2023 stopped working Aug 2024 been back and fourth trying to get a replacement or refund with no success

It doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating. Opened my vacuum robot L6 Nex for just under a year and it quit working on me. Tried to reach customer service for months by email and never received a response. DO NOT buy from this company. They don’t honor their warranty and ignore your emails when you try to get help.

Entreprise à fuir j’ai acheter une litière automatique sur Amazon de la marque laresar qui tombe en panne
Je contact donc le sav laresar qui me demande des vidéo et d’expliquer le problème ont me redemande sur plusieurs mail d’expliquer le problème ce que je fait
Et voilà que depuis 2 semaine plus de nouvelle une litière a 300 euros quelle arnaque ne commander jamais chez laresar le sav est une arnaque pur et dur ! A fuir !!

Très mauvaise expérience n'achetez pas leurs produits pourrit après 1ans d'acheter la batterie tombe en panne le logiciel bug avec des carte décaler le robot on le retrouve d'échanger dans n'importe quel pièces après utilisation , il consomme de l'énergie pour rien donc je l'ai mis a la poubelle ,j'ai payer 400 euro pour rien , le service client grosse arnaque ,ils demandent au client de publier de bons avis pour se faire connaître , attention !!!

$600 vacuum and they didn't honour a warranty. They led me on for months , saying they sent it and lied repeatedly about doing so. DO NOT BUY !

Au bout de 6 mois,batterie à changer.
Ensuite le bac à poussière casser.
Celui neuf renvoyé a une fuite entre le bac à poussière et eau.
Donc,ne lave plus,mais étale la poussière aspirée.
Pour finir,ne veut plus se configurer avec le téléphone,tout ça en moins de 3 ans.A éviter.

Comme beaucoup mon aspirateur est tombé en panne dans la période de garantie, mais l'entreprise fait la morte. Aucune réponse malgré de nombreuses relances.
Produit et entreprise non fiables.
