Excellent service, very fast delivery

Great service. Replacement laptop battery arrived next day, works perfectly. Phoned for advice before buying, and person who answered the phone was extremely helpful.

Great product and service

A user friendly site where I was easily able to find the product I needed. Once I ordered the product was dispatched and delivered fast and efficiently. The product is good quality and I am very happy with it.

We emailed you on Thursday the 5/12/24 at 10:39 stating the battery you had ordered has just gone out of stock, we never received any replies to this mail so we also tried to call you but every time we did it went to a flat line,

As you did not reply to the email we assumed you wanted to wait for the battery to come back into stock,

Please reply to our email and let us know if you would like a refund or to wait for the replacements.

Brilliant Service
