Lappella Arvostelua 

Purchased the Clara crossbody bag.

Website listing showed a bright "daffodil yellow" colour. However it's mustard - huge difference, not even a slight colour variation, whereas other mustard bags show as such on the website.
Went back to website. Image shows the bright yellow purse. Thumbnail option button is a yellow colour but above it, it says mustard when selecting the colour so keep an eye on the name of the shade rather than going by the photograph.

This was a huge disappointment to me as I specifically wanted a yellow bag. I had packed it back up to return it the following morning but took a last look at it in natural daylight and the mustard didn't look bad at all, so I've kept it and now I love the bag.

Colour "saga" aside, the bag itself is lovely. More than enough pockets. 3 compartments inside. 2 of the compartments have a smaller inside pocket. A zipped pocket at the back and a slide in pocket underneath the opening flap.

The website could do with images to show the back and inside of the purse, rather than going by a text description. I mamaged to find the same handbag on eBay, saw the images there, and then came back to the Lapella site to purchase it.

Price was fab since it was on sale. Came packed well.

It's a shame Yodel delivered it...well, left it at the doorstep and scuttled. At least they didn't chuck it at the house or leave it in the bins.

Already have a bag in navy and it has worn really well. Good quality, nice size.

I ordered the leather cleaner set on 8th June 2026 and to date (1st July) have not received the items I have paid for. I contacted the company on 18th June asking for an update on my order and was advised the delay was due to one item being out of stock. I was advised my items had been sent by the warehouse and I would be credited with the difference for the cleaner. I have NOT received either my goods or a refund. I contacted the company again 30th June and I’m waiting for their response.
I’m therefore unable to comment on their products but definitely would advise NOT to use this company for their extremely poor customer service.

Knocked a star off as when delivered the person delivering it said what the name of the company was, while handing my wife her Christmas present

Excellent service and great quality bags. I contacted Lappella by phone to request next day delivery to purchase a crossbody bag and phone bag for my holiday, the service was amazing and my order was despatched immediately and arrived in the morning the following day. The Ella crossbody is a perfect size with multiple pockets and suitable for day or night and a lovely soft leather. The Mia phone bag was perfect for travelling and gave easy access to my phone, wallet and passport whilst in the airport and then easily fitted into my under seat bag, this allowed full baggage options of both under seat and cabin bag.

I bought my wife a dark blue "The Amy" Lappella handbag for Xmas. She says it is the perfect size for carrying everyday items. For its size, which is not too big, the design is capacious with no fiddly catches just zip fastenings, and it is certainly the best handbag she has ever owned. I have just ordered another one in pearl colour this time for her summer use. The service received from Paul was excellent.

The product is very good, and I would recommend it, but communication with the company was not very positive. I received no information about delivery times, nor which courier would be used. Despite asking for information I got no reply and so it was a complete surprise when EVRI brought the item to me a couple of days ago

I was so delighted with my new Mia handbag from Lappella that I ordered some for Christmas presents too. It's the perfect little bag for taking your mobile phone and debit/credit card, leaving you hands free. I was spoilt for choice from the gorgeous colour that are on offer, but went for the navy option for myself and the black and beige for my friends.

Fabulous service and top quality product. Bought a bag for my mother for Christmas, brilliant service to provide me with several options despite me leaving the purchase so close to Christmas.
Most importantly my Mum absolutely loves the bag and is very impressed with the quality and style.

This was my second purchase from Lappella and I'm absolutely delighted with my handbag. The leather is gorgeous - really soft and expensive looking - and it came super quickly. It really is excellent quality, especially given the very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company and hope to add to my handbag collection again in the future.

Lappella made sure the present I purchased very close to Christmas arrived by next day delivery, on Christmas Eve, despite ordering at the last minute.

We already had a navy coloured bag but the black version was requested two days before Christmas. Easy online ordering, great product and price and then exceptional service to get it to us overnight on Christmas Eve! Really responsive and a great company to do business with.
