Speed and certainty of transaction are key to me and Lakeshield delivered on both. Second deal completed shortly afterwards.

Dean and Daniel made the deal very easy to complete. always very responsive and solution-orientated. Looking forward to working together again.

The Lakeshield team moved quickly, the initial terms offered were never changed/altered and the financing was completed as promised.

Dean was really helpful and always contactable. Lakeshield were pragmatic and delivered what they said they would do.

Working with Pav is like a dream everything goes so smoothly and he is always available. Even on his holidays he answers my calls. If there was more bdms like pav the whole industry would be in a better space. Keep up the good work!
