Mistake rectified quickly
Arrived with incorrect piece in box, phoned customer service, very helpful offered full refund or replacement. Opted for replacement, arrived within 6 days. Complete this time, went together easily, exactly as had hoped.

Missing parts
The title of this box... what went wrong this time? Suggests deliveries are wrong often. My package came missing most the screws and pins so had to go and buy them separately. Very inconvenient.

Unprofessional and untrustworthy
I ordered an item and within a few hours this was cancelled due to staff error as VAT hadn't been added! I revisted the website to reorder the product, only to find the product price had gone up from approx £46 to £94. I tried to order an alternative product at £53.00 when added to my basket it then shot up in price to £71. Give this website a wide birth I have never paid nearly 50% VAT. I was then informed that the item was priced incorrectly and all further products I looked at have had the price hiked up around £25-30 per product. I would not recommend this site and will not be using this website in the future. Totally unprofessional and untrustworthy. Just to add it was all products that I viewed not a pricing error with one product. I will use a reputable retailer in future who are transparent in their replies. I was refunded stating It was a staff error, then a VAT error and then a pricing error. I only got to the honest answer after questioning the issue due to price increases with numerous products after I placed an order?? £10 just does not cut it I'm afraid 😟

It was really poorly made and the holes didn’t match. Thank god I wasn’t putting it together. The guy was a joiner so was able to short it. The holes for the shelves wasn’t right and had been drilled incorrectly
