Great product, arrived promptly

Product not robust, especially for paperwork, also already chipped and dented. Wished I gone for a metal one. Product didn’t come with instructions messaged and took 3 days before they responded with them, by which point I’d worked out how to build it without them. Item a lot lighter grey than pictured and box turned up damage. Overall very disappointed.

Value for money, and quite sturdy when up. Pre-drilled holes not drilled big enough in some cases, but that’s being picky

Delivery. On second attempt the usual delivery gent delivered parcels without problem.Slats are perfect and well made.

Advertised as solid oak which it is not. Everything is verneer apart from the frame. The holes for the shelf supports are too big and keep falling out so had to glue them in. It is build in 2 pieces which don't match up. Its a good job the back doesn't show as it has strips of MDF that need to be screwed on to the back to cover up the gaps in the MDF back boards. Looks ok when put together but if you want solid oak this is not the one to buy will cost a lot more but probably worth it.

Did what they said they would , and stuck to that

I had never heard of LaKaza so I was suspicious beforehand - and therefore I feel it's necessary to leave a review for others in my position.
I had questions for their customer service team beforehand which they answered pretty promptly.
The delivery was quick (sooner than promised).
I've only had the product a couple of days (self-assembly patio furniture and a parasol and base) but I'm happy with it so far.
I'd use again.

Reasonable to put together took couple of hours, nice quality. Love the look.

Took forever had to buy another tent to ensure we could make our holiday due to the time Thai tent took -haven’t unboxed as might send it back

It will do until we can afford something better but it’s very brittle and not worth the money. The back section falls out so easy. I also can’t see it keeping things dry inside as there’s already air holes

Flimsy. Not worth £319.00 at all, no where near as big as it looks in the picture. My children can’t even stand up on the platform because the roof is so low

Possibly my error but I didn’t realise it would arrive with so many panels to assemble. It’s been a nightmare. We are still trying to sort it out.

I ordered a cabinet. Unfortunately, when it arrived the front door was slightly scratched and the back of the cabinet was broken.
There were also no instructions included.
I reached out to customer service, included the photos and got a very quick reply with the pdf manual.
I also got offered a partial refund that was processed almost immediately. Thank you.
Although, the manual was helpful the parts of the cabinet are not numbered as per the instructions so it's gonna take me probably days of guess work to put it all together haha.
The item wasn't expensive so I didn't expect anything earth shattering but having the elements numbered per the instructions is probably at least you can do to make it easier for your customers to put their furniture together.
Although, I am not happy with all the jumping through hoops, I am very impressed with the customer service and their solution orientated approach, hence 4 stars.

Very good to deal with just I wouldn’t recommend the shower cubicle as it was a nightmare to put up.
