Received my Keychain was received on time and as described. Mercedes-Benz has changed the style of their key fob in a way that the strap on the Keychain no longer fits well

The order arrived in a timely fashion

Extremely disappointing customer service and after-sales support.

I never received my order, even though the tracking status showed it was delivered on July 4. I did not receive any phone call, message, or delivery from the courier.

I immediately contacted Lakany to report that my package had not arrived. Instead of investigating the issue, Ms. Marie responded with the wrong building where she claimed the item had been delivered. This only added more confusion.

After waiting almost two weeks, Lakany finally provided me with the courier’s contact number. When I contacted the courier, they informed me that any missing-delivery report must be made within 9 days of the recorded delivery date. Because Lakany delayed providing the courier’s information, I was already outside the reporting period and could no longer file a claim.

This situation happened because of Lakany’s poor handling of my complaint. As the sender, it is Lakany’s responsibility to coordinate with the courier and resolve delivery issues. Instead, they shifted the responsibility to me after it was already too late.

I requested a refund because I never received my order and the delay in resolving the issue was entirely on their side. Unfortunately, they refused to refund me or provide a proper solution.

I am extremely disappointed with how this company treats its customers after payment has been made. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect timely assistance or accountability.

I would not recommend buying from Lakany based on my experience.

I purchased a set of car seat covers from Lakany after reading the company’s prominently advertised “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Money Back within 30 Days” policy. This guarantee gave me confidence that if I was not satisfied with the product, I could return it for a refund.

After receiving the seat covers, I found that they did not fit my car seats properly and were uncomfortable to sit on. I contacted Lakany within the advertised 30-day period to request a refund under their satisfaction guarantee.

Lakany refused my request. Instead, they responded that:

the seat covers are a standard size,
I should have measured my car seats before ordering, and
they disagreed that the product was uncomfortable.

The two cushions I purchased for my Vauxhall were very nice. Fairly comfortable, keeps the original seat squab clean as well.
I’d have no hesitation in purchasing them again.

Ordered a keychain for$18.00 with an H for honda. When it came the H was crooked. Contacted them to be offered a 20% discount. I asked about returning noting their satisfaction guarantee. Was told I could return at my expense to Portugal!

Purchased seat cushions which arrived late. They are inferior to what you see in the advert and a total waste of time.
Beware that they do not honour there 30 day returns policy but hide behind there terms and conditions which actually are not legal based on the Distance selling act. Buy at your peril

Glow in darkness valve caps do not glow very much as illustrated.
