Definitely worth it
I've used Lalaky twice for bespoke Festival shirts, individual shirts that stand out and are related to an artist playing. The ability to do single prints, the look, and the accuracy are all spot on - particularly at the price. I find the shirt material to be OK, but at the price point, reasonable. Delivery speed has been very good. I'll use them again.

Sizing way off-very cheap product!
Ordered a custom jersey for my partner as a new dad/hockey fan gift. The material is shockingly cheap, it’s completely transparent, the size I ordered is XL but only just fits me (size S) and now I won’t be able to order a new one elsewhere before my due date. Very disappointed.

We’re truly sorry to hear how disappointed you are, especially given this was meant to be a special gift. This is not the experience we want any customer to have.
Sizing and material feel can sometimes differ from expectations, but we understand how frustrating this must be, particularly with your timing constraints. Please reach out to our customer service team so we can review this and see how we may assist you.

The product i ordered was supposed to…
The product i ordered was supposed to be a statue of my husband's late father as a memorial. Instead it looked like a cartoon character with eyes that were crossed and different colored hair. Then "I" had to pay $85 to send it back to get a refund which I haven't received. $278 wasted plus $85 for shipping. This company sucks!!!!!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are truly sorry that the product did not meet your expectations, especially given the very personal and meaningful nature of the memorial you ordered.
Custom portrait products are created based on the reference photos provided, and we do our best to match details such as facial features and hair color as closely as possible. We understand that artistic interpretation may sometimes differ from personal expectations, and we regret that this caused disappointment.
Regarding the return and refund: as stated in our return policy, customized items require the customer to ship the product back before a refund can be processed. Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. If you believe there has been a delay or issue with your refund, we sincerely encourage you to contact our support team directly with your return tracking details so we can follow up promptly.
We truly regret that this experience caused frustration and disappointment, and we appreciate the opportunity to clarify our process.
