Lakany Arvostelua

Never received what I ordered. Emailed went back and forth with them. They told me to ask my neighbors incase it was delivered to the wrong address. Post office tracker said it was delivered. I didn't receive anything and they basically told be their record say it was delivered for me to go to the post office. NEVER will I spend money on this website again. They are scammers.

Good quality product arrived within the timeframe I was given. Easy to order.

Do yourself a favor- don't use this company.
I like may others are completely frustrated!!

Made from good material and looking very good. Convenient to use.

I recently purchased these car seat and back support cushions for my Peugeot 3008. The overall quality is good, and the cushions are comfortable and provide decent support during driving, especially on longer trips.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the cushion is slightly smaller than the seat, even though the advertisement stated that it was custom-made for my Peugeot 3008. I expected a more precise fit. While it still works well and does not significantly affect comfort, the size difference is noticeable.
Other than that, the materials seem durable, the installation was easy, and the product delivers good support. If the dimensions were a better match for the vehicle as advertised, it would definitely deserve 5 stars.
Recommended, but be aware that the fit may not be exactly as "custom-made" as described.

Fitted well and certainly provides more comfort

Fake

Bestilte og betalt
Men ingenting kom
Når de skriver at man kan afhente pakken
Er der hverken afhente kode eller navn på kurer

I mit hoved er det et fake firma

Looks great in my bmw 1series.

OPGELET !!! OPLICHTERS !!!!

Bestelling komt nooit aan !!!
Zit waarschijnlijk een Chinees VALS bedrijf achter !!!

I order car air freshener and it was a complete waste of time, the smell was so weak couldn't smell anything, you better of going to Poundland and getting new one every other day.

Good quality cushion. Didn’t have the Mercedes emblem on it though.

Your products are spot on, but takes forever to get them shipped and received. Other than that, I happy with the quality and look of the purchased items.

Two problems:
1) I mistakenly ordered the wrong coloured item. I immediately emailed Lakany and eventually had a response stating, quote: "We have already processed your color change request." When the item arrived it was the original, wrong colour so I asked to return it, but was told, quote: "The product received is correct and does not have any defects." and they refused to exchange it.
2) The item I'd ordered didn't fit the item I wanted to attach it to (although it was impossible to tell from the product description or images on their web site). Again, they refused my request to return it for a refund.
Beware - if you buy something from them and need to return for any reason, they will find an excuse, despite stating on their web site, quote: "Free returns. Not satisfied, Return it for a refund"

I purchased two of their "Premium Car Keychains with Logo". 1 day after putting on my keys onto one of the them, the logo button fell off the keychain. The keychain itself is quite nice but if you bought one with a logo button , be aware that they are not glued on very well. I have tried contacting Lakany and they have yet to respond.

UPDATE Aug 4 I have amended my "2 Star "rating to a "4 Star" rating . Lakany Customer Service reached out yesterday (Aug 3) requesting more information about the keychain issue. I sent photos and today (Aug 4) Lakany has offered to replace my keychain with a new one. I will do another "Update" to advise when it arrives.

I like the product just a very long time between order and delivery.

Good quality product @ reasonable price- very happy with them

The products are fine however this company does not comply with UK legislation. By distance Selling Laws (consumer Act 2015) I am entitled to return goods within 14 days without a reason for a full refunds if bought on line.

Lakany don't do this and beware their refund policy - if you buy two for a discount then that is a promotion and no returns for promotions!

They are not UK consumer friendly. Not clear where they are based. It is not a fair playing field for other businesses who do comply with consumer protection laws.
