Awesome toothbrush!

The toothbrush is great, the ordering was smooth, I ordered a case for it as well, but it ended up being a case for a different material than I ordered.. After an email it was quickly resolved and the case were removed from my order.
The Toothbrush itself seems to be great quality, long batterylife and lots of settings to adjust so it caters to you.
I also bought the usb c cable, but a bit dissappointed, that it didn't include a power brick in that package. I kinda thought it replaced the usb a one.. (according to the chat bot it did, but I just received both cables and one power brick for type a)

Very poor performance

Very poor performance. Looks amazing but feels like it needs another high speed. My old £25 boots hairdryer outperforms this. Cannot believe I fell for the marketing.

Customer service is excellent

Customer service is excellent. About a year after I bought one of their hair dryers the medium setting light stopped working. They sent a replacement and about a month later checked in to make sure I was satisfied and if I needed anything else.

Top notch Customer service

I ordered a hairdryer as a Christmas gift. It seemed to stall out due to the shipper. I panic ordered a second dryer and contacted Customer Service. They were able to locate the original order and get it back on track AND stop my panic order at the warehouse even though I was technically past the window to do so. I was refunded my money and the recipient of the Christmas gift was thrilled with their hair dryer. I have one of my own that I love as well. Great product, great customer service, terrific experience.

NOT WORTH THE HYPE - AT ALL!

It does not blowdry anywhere near as good as my Rusk blow dryer. Further my hair curls so much better with a no-name diffuser on my Rusk than it does with the Laifen diffuser. Finally, their "30 day return policy" is NOT extended for Christmas gifts. So the purchaser bought it mid/end of November, opened Christmas day, "sorry, you're past the 30 days, you can't return it". That's what they said when I called them. Terrible policies. DO Not buy - and it's VERY loud!

Placed an order 4th December

Placed an order 4th December. No sign of the order yet (19th Dec), no email with the tracking order neither. Unlikely to arrive to Christmas. Very disappointing customer service.

Missing Dryer

I ordered a Laifen Swift on November 29, it still has not shipped. There is no number to call and the customer service email is slow to respond. Wishing I had ordered the Dyson.

Product looks good, but after 30 days it has still not been Shipped to me...

Thought I'd try Laifen as their Hairdryer looks good, so I purchased one (in stock) as a Gift on 12th November 2024. Since then the Item has been stuck on "Preparing for Shipping" and it's now over 30 days later (13th December). A couple of days ago Laifen Customer Support informed me the product would be shipped to me, but it's still just indicating Preparing for Shipping. I can appreciate delays in dispatch at this time of year, but it hasn't even left their premises! I'm not sure if I'll receive the Hairdryer by Christmas, but as a first experience this really isn't a great sign. I like supporting new and innovative brands, but this just makes it really hard.

Absolutely untrustworthy!

I ordered from the Australian website as part of their Black Friday sale, after a week my order still wasn't processed. I emailed them to find out what was going on and was told me address was wrong, after giving a correct address I get told the warehouse can't ship it. I have no explanation as to WHY they can't post to an Australian address in a major city. The email replies seem to be AI. I'm extremely frustrated and pretty unimpressed that they're selling in Australia without being able to deliver orders. They seem untrustworthy and unethical.

Breaks down so not worth the money

I bought this expensive hairdryer for my wife. It failed just after the guarantee ran out, despite only light use. Laifen claimed to be sorry, but did not do anything useful to help in their response. I suspect AI was involved in the e-mails. I shall buy elsewhere.
Edit 19/12/24. 15 days after my review Laifen replied. At an identical time they also sent identical replies to 3 other 1 star ratings. Def an AI Bot being used. I don't think its worth me replying as Laifen already rejected my request and there is no new offer here.

Great customer service!

I was looking for a new lightweight good quality hairdryer. I didn’t want a drugstore one as I find them to be bulky, but I didn’t want a $500 Dyson either. So I tried out Laifen (Dyson dupe).

Ordering and check out was nice and easy. I got my package 1 1/2 week later. However my free gift (diffuser) was missing from the package.

I emailed them and they wanted a picture of the bar code on the box. I didn’t have it as I threw it out, I told the representative that and she told me not to worry about it and to please verify my address and she will send it to me. Got it 1 week later with tracking info.

P.S. When you email them I will suggest that you be patient as they are halfway across the world (give it a day to get back to you) and since English isn’t their first language, don’t get offended if they use harsh wording Exp: It doesn’t matter = don’t worry about it.

BTW: The hair dyer was great! I loved the magnetic attachments and how fast it dried my hair. Will definitely buy some as gifts!

Very poor communications …

Ordered an expensive hairdryer from this company with a promised delivery date which has not been met. I understand that this is a busy time however this companies communications are awful, 1 Email in nearly 3 weeks and tracking just states order being prepared. Not sure I will ever receive this order!

Ordered expensive toothbrush

Ordered expensive toothbrush. Has been delivered without most of the components in the box (no cable, brush heads, instructions). Customer service is not great - still awaiting confirmation that they are sending the missing items. Maybe will be worth it when I get to try the thing out....
