Mi experiencia ha sido muy decepcionante. Compré unas zapatillas que, tras probármelas únicamente una vez,comprobé que no se ajustaban bien a mi pie. Además, observé una raja en la suela, que ya venía de origen o se produjo con una mínima prueba debido a la pésima calidad del material. La suela da sensación de ser muy frágil y de baja calidad.
Lo peor ha sido el servicio posventa, ya que se han negado a admitir la devolución pese a que las zapatillas solo me las probé una vez.La atención recibida para gestionar la incidencia ha sido muy deficiente, con poca disposición a ayudar al cliente y a ofrecer una solución razonable.

Expensive delivery and return costs
I ordered a pair of sneakers to be delivered in Belgium for a delivery fee of €10, but after trying on the shoes they didn't fit. When enquiring about returning I was informed that I must pay an additional €20 to return the shoes! It was stated that the customer would pay return costs, but no costs are mentioned even though this would be clear after entering my address. Also, paying €30 only to try on shoes seems like something future customers should be aware of and should be made more transparent on the website.
The quality of the shoes seemed good.

What can i say apart from WOW. Sustainable shoes that are of this quality! Having a pair that is walking me about three days a week from 2021 and still running. Now just received the hygge22 and man they look stunning and walk like a cloud. Kumi sneakers is the perfect example of how we should live! Good for nature, wonderfull quality and you can feel the love for all this in their shoes! I can only say if you doubt buy if you look for shoes go get them and never look back!!!!

Long wait but it was was worth it! Amazing sneakers, beautifully packed. Nice cotton bag as a gift. For me, madly in love with dogs, caring for them and helping to feed those in need is a big plus. My first KUMI but surely not last. Thank you! ❤️

Me encantan
Las bambas son tal i como te las esperas. Buena calidad y buenos acabados. Son muy cómodas y se adaptan super bien al tipo de pie. Los colores son muy bonitos y combinan super bien!

Son preciosas e increíblemente cómodas
Son preciosas e increíblemente cómodas, el único inconveniente que les veo es lo estrechas que son, mis pies anchos por lo que me suelen gustar las zapatillas un poco mas anchas. Por lo demás, lo dicho son unas zapatillas preciosas y cómodas como ellas solas
