Could not cancel before shipping the…
Could not cancel before shipping the delivery. Also the shoes are half a size short for the brand. And that is why I wanted to avoid this risk and cancel. When it arrived it was confirmed that it was short. The customer service could not stop the shipping in spite the shipping took hours to ship and I cancelled in the same hour I ordered (and I took sometime because there is no place to cancel...weel visibile...in spite of it saying you can cancel...I had to search the website)!!

For this reason, we are unfortunately unable to stop or cancel an order after it has been confirmed, even if the request is made shortly after.
