Une expérience très agréable
Une expérience très agréable : j’ai déjà commandé à deux reprises. La première fois, la commande est arrivée un peu plus tard en Roumanie, mais la seconde fois, la livraison a été très rapide. Les chaussures sont conformes à mes attentes (ce n’est pas ma première expérience avec K-Swiss), et la pointure est parfaite. La qualité est indéniable. Je commanderai à nouveau sans hésiter.

K-swiss EU does not send to Denmark but most other countries in EU? After having asked if they can send to Denmark or find a retailer who can, they are not willing to help me...extremely poor service level.

As explained in our correspondence, K-Swiss EU is currently unable to ship orders to Denmark and other Scandinavian countries. Unfortunately, we also do not have any authorized retailers or distribution partners operating in these markets at this time.
We understand that this may be frustrating, especially when you are trying to purchase our products. However, our customer service team provided the information currently available to us, and we regret that we were unable to offer an alternative solution.
