Klantenservice K-Swiss super
2 paar tennisschoenen besteld. De eerste zouden per Mondial Relay worden bezorgd. Helaas zijn die niet aangekomen. Een e-mail naar de klantenservice van K-Swiss gestuurd. Supersnelle reactie. Helaas opnieuw een e-mail van de bezorgdienst dat er vertraging is ontstaan in de levering. Die gegevens vandaag naar KS gestuurd en nog geen uur later al een reactie.
Klantenservice heeft supersnel gereageerd op de eerste maar ook op de tweede e-mail. Helaas is de bezorgdienst het pakket kwijtgeraakt.
Cassandra kwam met een perfecte oplossing: het volledige bedrag wordt teruggestort en daarnaast ook nog een korting voucher.
Dit is zoals een uitstekende service hoort te zijn. Top.

Very good products and customer service!
I had an issue with the sending of my package, but after some research done by K-swiss customer service we noticed that my adress wasnt complete, it was my own fault, cause i didnt check if my adress was complete, so i didnt get the package at my home and it was sended back to K-swiss, allthough still i liked how the customer service handled this problem and even sended me a 20% off the price code/coupon for a new order. So my experience with K-swiss is very good. I allready didna new order and got the package within 3 days and i like the product very much!!
