Totally unprofessional company.
Item was ordered 1 week ago. Label has been created but no item sent even after 1 week.
I suspect that there was no stock of this item upon ordering. Otherwise why would I take more than 1 week to ship an item?
Update: I returned the product and they gave me contradictory information via email telling me to pay for my own postage when their website clearly states that they would send me a postage paid label. They refused to refund me the postage I had to pay due to their incorrect refund guidelines.
Absolutely rubbish shopping experience.

Sorry about your bad experience.
As I explained to you in the email we did not wait to sent your parcel. But the method when sending to your country don't scan the parcels until it's shipped out of the country and not while picking it up like other do.
If you would have contacted us before by mail regarding your return we could have made you a return label. But you choose not to until you paid yourself and we transferred all your money back including the freight for sending it in the first place. We are not able to help if people don't write us before they take action.

I spotted my beautiful over shirt on-line and dropped many heavy-as-a house-brick hints, to my darling and long suffering partner. She very kindly purchased it for my 65th birthday and it arrived today. It’s beautiful and true to size (use the on-line sizing guide, it’s good) I can’t wait to wear it. Delivery and tracking were clear, accurate and on time. I am a very happy and rather well dressed 65 year old today!!!

Delivery is average, only option is to send with GLS in Netherlands. Returning the items is terrible, website crashed during payment, no return label received. Costumer service emailadres is not working..

Lost packages. Order #9368. Useless explanations. 0% proactive, 100% reactive. I have had to claim the first shipment, I have had to claim the second shipment , I have had to claim the money back, and i have had to claim my shipping costs back. Results: No clothes. No money back. Lot of time wasted. Registered a complaint to the European Consumer Centre-Network. Total disaster. Do not buy in this shop. They say they refund but stil waiting for my money. For your own good, stay away from this people.

Hi Pedro. I am sorry about the troubles you have experienced. Just to clarify it was UPS that lost the shipment. About the new package sent instead of the one UPS lost I apologize for the warehouse. For some reason it seems they have mixed up the second shipment with another shipment. We did refund you in full as soon as we had the full overview. Sent us a message and I will be happy to give you a good discount and free shipping for your next order to compensate for the troubles. Once again sorry Pedro.
