Selling a pizza oven on a 13amp plug.which pulls 4.5kw just don’t work ! Then they wonder why it blows the fuse box melts the plug and not interested , when you complain ! Still didn’t respond when we reported the fryers we bought , when they didn’t tighten one of the fixings and flames came out ! AVOID ! Go somewhere else !

Ordered an ultraviolet fly zappy thingie. Great price and quick delivery. Flys be gone.

If there is a zero review, I will offer. This company is yet to deliver my goods, I wrote to them with no response. The delivery company they used reached out to tell me that the goods they sent was damaged and has been returned to them after I kept calling to know their delivery date. My service is due to open but with no product intended to serve my customers.

There is no mode of communication, mail was sent with no response till now.

I Purchased £3000 worth of goods. The oven is not good Quality and too big. I explain to them to return it. they said we need to bring to them. you need a lorry to carry this and I said you can have extra delivery payment to pick it. this item is more than 100kg. I explained I am not in good health to carry this Item. they gave me 14 days to return it. no courier service take this item, because too heavy. finally I got someone. now they said they are not take this item back. This company is not working under UK law. This company is not care about consumer rights. please please never ever order anything from this company. I think gov. need to take action against this company.

This company is something else.
I contacted them because I wanted to buy a mixer from them but I needed an invoice to be sent to me first. I sent an email with all the details written of how it should be. They replied after few hours wrong details entered. OK I write again what details they should add, after few hours wrong details. I even made a file of how it should look the invoice, they replied we cannot change the invoice on orders done. Which order exactly? Waste of time DON'T BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY MIGHT HAVE CHEAPER OPTION BUT CUSTOMER SERVICE 0

Instructions r useless equipment came all marked

One of the worrying factors of to orders and delivery was horrifying stage conditions of management uncertainty I waited for Many weeks and Missing 5 items orders. When I call them not interested then I emailed response come 3 week later. They refund of missing items but it make 3 weeks delay to open my restaurant I have to to re order another company very sad I will never order again with krd

I had brought the £137 dispenser and I received it quick however there was a fault with the liquid squirting up through the pump barrel and i have sent in a request to get this rectified along with video proof and still no reply or replacement this is unacceptable as they take payment straight away. I’m not an unfair person just want what I paid for and to be replied to promptly! No happy as no functioning equipment!

Quality of products is very cheap, can't use for commercial use. No customer service where it can be discussed for quality or replacement or return. Once you placed order your money gone.
Not value to spend money not recommending

The cooker l bought didn’t work and l can’t get refund they want me to take it apart to see what wrong with it.
Good way to get 100 hundred bad reviews.

It was a little delays(1 or 2 days) but my order of multiple items came extraordinarily well packed, plus a very nice delivery driver!
There was no scratches or any problems on my items, oven, dishwasher machine etc...
I haven't tested team all but i am sure they will work as per description.

Fantastic, great ice machine

Never got a confirmation email to say the order went through. Paid for next-day delivery, yet the item came 3 days later. When the item came, it was damaged. Personally, I think this was the delivery's fault as they were struggling to carry the item and dropped it at the door.

Service was terrible. You need a system that updates stock levels consistently

First things is equipment is not good at all
Customer service is not good aswell
Take to long give reply and one they reply always negative
I bought all kitchen from krd
I am not happy at all with service and equipment

Terrible. Sent wrong item took ages to come and collect and then another week to deliver correct item.

Ordered from these went to wrong address as postcode was wrong. According to my consumer rights the supplier should chase up. They did nothing. Rang them very rude and hung up. Still no item and they’ve still got my money. Awful company avoid at all costs
