Customers should be aware of this seller’s warranty policy. Once you’ve paid, they make it extremely difficult to get any meaningful support, and their warranty terms are far from customer‑friendly. They rely on “policy” instead of helping when something goes wrong. Very disappointing experience.

Delivered with damage to the box and oven yet you tell me I have to pay to return the product at my expense

Avoid if you're a commercial kitchen relying on your equipment working. We bought a 3-pump condiment dispenser which was faulty out of the box – one pump completely seized, the other two working only intermittently. What followed was two weeks of being sent round in circles.

We were asked to film and resend video evidence of the fault not once but twice, following their troubleshooting steps in full both times with no improvement. Then our emails went unanswered for days. When we chased, we were told a reply had been sent that we never received and no copy was ever provided. We were then told the fault fell outside a 14-day window they'd never previously mentioned – despite the equipment only being tested once installed for our opening. Finally, after all that, we were told a paid engineer's report was now required before any refund would even be considered.

Every time we cleared one hurdle, a new one appeared. It felt less like genuine customer service and more like a deliberate attempt to delay and avoid a straightforward refund for faulty goods. We've had to pursue a chargeback through our card provider to get our money back. Keep records of everything if you deal with this company, and think carefully before ordering equipment you'll depend on.

They delivered only half of my order. I reported it immediately, but they didn't do anything about it. No refund, no replacement, no resolution.

I haven’t received my order, you won’t answer my emails nor does anyone answer the phone. How can I possibly give you a decent review

Just about everything went wrong.
The company supplied my items in the wrong colour (white instead of grey).
I phoned the two numbers on the website. One said the mailbox was full, the other wasn't answered.
I completed a complaint on the website, which was acknowledged (presumably automatically).
Since then, total silence.
I have resolved to accept the wrong colour. I will never order from this company again, and would advise others not to.

Avoid to buy any equipment from this company you willwesttimeandmoney, I bought Fryer twin tank from them, but one of them not working, and there is leaking oil coming ander the fryer through the sensors thermostat and oil tap leaking, I sent over 10 Emails but no response,

I purchased the blender a month ago, only used a few times, it started to trip the fuse, and when in use, has smoky smell. I emailed the customer service, they said there’s no refund, for warranty, they only provide replacement parts, but in order to proceed, they need me to hire an engineer, come to take a look on the product and write a report and send it to them with 30 days. That is going to cost me a fortune just in order to get a parts for the replacement?!!!!

The quality is not great, and there’s no warranty. So please be careful on buying products from them

Ovoid at all costs. They sent a faulty fryer and they won’t replace it or send money back. They are asking for a report.
If the fryer was broken when they sent it why are they not just replacing it. Avoid this place like the plague. They don’t respond. They are terrible. Customer service is shocking. stay away from these people

I return my item last 3 weeks ago i am asking my refund they dont answer me very bad service

Very poor customer service. Responses to both phone calls and emails are extremely slow, and getting any meaningful support is very difficult.

My biggest disappointment was the warranty service. Once you receive the goods, it seems that the warranty covers very little, despite the promises and attractive wording on the website. When problems arise, they look for reasons to avoid responsibility rather than helping the customer.

After spending a significant amount of money with this company, I feel let down by the lack of after-sales support and customer care.

My advice is to pay a little more and buy from a company that stands behind its products and values its customers.

I would not recommend KRD Catering at all.

The meat slicer is simple, easy to operate and robust. I cuts slices from very thin to quite thick. Very pleased with it.

Non delivery of goods, contacted KDR they claim the goods are lost and I have to fill forms to claim refund, they have no proof of delivery because it was never delivered,

Purchased a Double Pizza oven ,used it 3 times & both doors came loose & fell off.
After numerous emails & pictures & videos sent, they have told me they will send out 2 new doors ,However they are on a shipping container on the other side of the world & will take 2 months or so to arrive back in stock then have to wait for them to be shipped to me. I told them I'll have a refund & ill return the oven as I need it for Business & can't wait 8 - 10s weeks. Zero reply ,stuck with oven that was only used once a week over 3 week period.

I received a chip fryer, came not even welded together, was told to send back after emailing backwards n forwards with photo evidence on numerous occasions. Sent it back costing £14.15, now don’t get me wrong it wasn’t the cost that really annoyed me, was the fact that they would not accept responsibility and refund postage, when charging me delivery plus return at a cost £22.50. The item wasn’t even usable once delivered, totally cheap rubbish. Consumer rights in this country is electrical goods shouldn’t be charged return if faulty, when stating that to them on the phone they where very rude. Not bothered about the money and that it was faulty it was the way it was handled. BE AWARE I’m not a moaner and 1st time I’ve ever wrote a complaint

Induction Fryer nearly caught fire due to faulty thermostat and KRD just refused a return and now gone silent.

I purchase a fryer from them and in less than 10 days of use started to over heat. Despite the fact the display was showing 130, the fryer was producing blue smoke. I probed the fryer and noted it was showing 246. Despite sending video evidence they have not proposed any solution.

For anyone out there reading this and in the same situation where they bought an items and failed within 30 days look at the "Sale of Goods Act 1979" Under section 14 of the Act, there are implied terms that goods supplied in the course of a business must be of satisfactory quality and reasonable fit for purpose.
Take them to a small claims court and report to trading standards.

These cowboys need to understand that businesses will not accept this type of service.

Their KRD products are rebranded cheap Chineese rubbish that nearly burnt down my trailer.
