I bought an ice machine off you paid £800 and its never worked im having a nightmare trying to change it for a replacment can you please sort this

Absolute shambles. Terrible customer service both via email and on the phone. Placed an order for an item £720… item arrived and it was silver when the listing photographs were very visibly white. I’ve been totally scammed. Lady on the phone had a disgusting attitude. Will never order from here again. SCAM COMPANY. Avoid.

Don't touch these with a barge pole. I bought an ice machine, and it broke after six months of use. It has cost £100 for an engineer just to get a report so their so-called parts warranty can be sent out, and then you have to pay for someone to fit the part. They do nothing to help, and their equipment is cheaply made. Spend a little bit more on quality. The ice machine was £525 and lasted six months. Stay away.

We purchased a refrigerated cake display and would recommend this company if you are looking for cafe/restaurant equipment. Item was as described, reasonably priced and was delivered very well packaged and in a timely manner. We mistakenly thought we had a small fault on the equipment and customer service were excellent! Answered quickly and resolved the issue immediately (turned out not to be a fault after all).

I purchased a fridge from these people after unwrapping it, i called and left a message the top has a dent and the corner has been creased i also told them i was going away for 4 days and i will call them on my return. On my return i called them i got well we don't have your message can you send photo of the fridge and its packaging which i have its still on the pallet were the driver dropped it off ,After several emails i was getting know where and my only suggestion was to put a Granit work top over it to hide the dent this costing £200 cash once again no reply I now have a problem with the right side door keep sliding open the fridge is level but the door is made 6mm out of square which is clear to see when u close it against the side wall of the fridge

This company has poor customer satisfaction, I received the item badly dented, I contacted them to get a replacement but they offered some little discount for badly dented items. I disagreed now they asking to return the pots at my own costs while it looks like they dispatched dented items from their warehouse. I paid for delivery already now have to pay again for the return??? They have 14 days window to return while it is their fault but they are not acceptinh the error on their end. Very bad service. DO NOT WASTE YOUT TIMEfor bad service.

very bad customer service they are not happy to arrange return for their faulty items.
i paid for a brand new panini grill but arrived faulty after contacting them few times they are expecting me to pay for the return of their faulty items.

Your return policy is very poor can't believe it took you a month to send a new kebab machine out then also send a replacement that was the wrong product and it took 21 emails and over 10 phone calls to get this right .

Very disappointing customer service and after-sales support.

I spent over £2,000 including VAT on equipment from KRD, so I expected a reasonable level of support if something went wrong.

One of the items, a hot-hold unit that is less than a year old, has developed an electrical fault. It is a normal plug-in unit, but whenever it is plugged in, it trips the electricity, meaning I cannot safely use it.

I contacted KRD expecting them to help repair, inspect or replace the faulty equipment. Instead, I was told that I have to find and pay for a qualified electrician or commercial catering engineer myself. The engineer is expected to inspect the unit, diagnose the exact fault and provide a written report to KRD before they will consider supplying a replacement part.

KRD have told me they will not pay for the engineer’s call-out, inspection, diagnosis or labour because they say their warranty is “parts-only.”

After spending more than £2,000 including VAT with this company, I find this level of after-sales service extremely disappointing. The equipment isn’t even a year old, yet I am being told to spend more of my own money just to establish why their equipment has stopped working.

My experience with their customer service has also been very poor throughout this matter.

Based on my experience, I would think very carefully before purchasing equipment from KRD. I strongly recommend checking exactly what their warranty covers before spending your money, because their “parts-only” warranty could leave you responsible for engineer and diagnostic costs if the equipment develops a fault.

Great items. Had a query re packaging but got a satisfactory answer back immediately.

I ordered a Easy Cut machine which stopped working after a couple of weeks. Was referred to the manufacturer ( which was ok). The manufacturer could not fix the fault and I referred back to KRD for a replacement machine. I spent nealry £50 in having to send the machine back and forth to the manufacturer for repair. They did not reply to my email?acknowledge to my email. I am now putting a claim against them in the small claims court.

I bought comercial rice cooker from this company, upon receiving it has EU plug, which was not stated on the intruction i have to return it un use with my own money, The company collected delivery from me,
Now i have e mail them for my refund no reply , at all.
I though i might replace with another product but am scared it my be EU plug.
Poor customer service.
I need my refund back

The device was not heating very hot and all they said was send a video by email. had to chase for whatsapp hopefully they can sort
