Dreadful - missing parts and poor customer service
We ordered the metal grater. It came missing several parts. The company wanted photos to verify what was not there. Then a video. Then said they hadn't received the video. The impression is that they just want you to get tired of pursuing the complaint. Avoid.

On 9 September we issued a full refund, including the original delivery charge, and confirmed that no return or further photographs or videos were needed. I strongly advise against buying from this company. We purchased an air fryer that has not worked properly since the very first day. Despite calling customer service every day and sending numerous emails, the issue remains unresolved.
The customer service staff have been extremely rude and unhelpful. The company has neither repaired or replaced the faulty product nor provided us with a refund. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. Please think carefully before purchasing anything from this company.

Multiple problems, avoid this company
Ordered a couple of things from this place, wouldn’t recommend! Our grill broke in less than a year and they wouldn’t replace it saying it was parts only warranty… the bottom and top would not get hot so they expected us to call an engineer to assess the problem, send a spare part out and then call another engineer to come and install it. The whole thing would cost more than the grill itself, ridiculous customer service expecting this of us. We have had a grill that’s lasted 4+ and still in working condition. Avoid this company unless you want to buy half working products that they won’t refund or help with. Cheap reseller slapping their own logo on their products. I would have had a better experience ordering directly through Temu or alibaba, the instruction manuals given from this company are in mistranslated Chinese anyway.

I made a phone call to the company and asked them to let me know when the fridge is coming nothing. Tuesday phone call off a lady to say can we silver tomorrow the pallet didt fit the fridge. So there's problems getting it off the truck. Ok see you tomorrow. 7pm a phone call of another guy im 15 mins away . What where what for. Your fridge oh im not there. Ok I'll leave it outside. Drove over there. And big problems . Never again

Even one star is too much for this company. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the way my order has been handled.
I initially informed you that the item you sent me was incorrect, but instead of accepting this, you spent two or three days arguing with me before finally acknowledging that the item was indeed incorrect and that I was right.
From the very beginning, I made it clear that I was in a hurry and urgently needed a chips fryer for my shop. However, because of your mistake, I have now been without a chips fryer for around 20 days.
After finally accepting that the item was incorrect, you sent me a QR code and instructed me to take the item to the Post Office. I had to close my shop and take time away from my business to return an item that was incorrectly supplied by you in the first place.
I returned the item as instructed, and it has now been TEN DAYS since I sent it back. During this time, I have repeatedly contacted you by email, phone, text message and online chat, simply asking for confirmation that you have received the returned item and an update on when my correct item will be sent.
Despite all these attempts, I have received no meaningful response whatsoever.
This is completely unacceptable customer service.
I have been left without an essential piece of equipment in my shop for approximately 20 days, entirely because of an error on your side. I have had to waste my time dealing with the return, close my business to take the item to the Post Office, and then spend even more time repeatedly trying to get a basic response from your company.
The most frustrating part is that I am not even being given a simple update. I should not have to repeatedly call, email and message you just to find out whether my returned item has even been received or whether my replacement is being processed.
In my experience, this is some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. There appears to be no proper customer support, no communication and very little respect for customers.
I need a clear response urgently. I have already waited far too long because of an error that was not mine.
