Speed of service, and customer service, although I'm still awaiting delivery of an item, but overall I'm quite pleased.

I have more than 10 thousand paund worht stuff and I e maild the costumer service and my machines r not working properly and seems like no one worry about it and I can't open my shop because brannew stuff not working properly

If I could give zero of zero for this company I would even minus. STAY AWAY FROM THEIR ITEMS GUYS shit quality, horrible customer service. My item came faulty and I have asked for the exchange but I can clearly see that the don’t want. I wish I had came across reviews before. Speaking to the customer service girl over the phone having asked for her name as reference she’s telling me I don’t need her name. They are just thieves. I will drive that item at their shop address and dump it there. I have a lot to say It cannot even fit here. I am very very disappointed. One of the dangerous and worst company. If you want to burn 🔥 your business into fire and want to kill your staff in that fire, then buy products from this KRD company which is 0% not tested and assembled with zero knowledge.

I bought a gas appliance and it was leaking gas 5 ways of the appliance. I was lucky to have a good gas engineer on site with me to save me.

All products are horrible and cannot be trusted at all this company

My advise to all to stay safe in your business and buy product from other reputable companies. KRD just a crap. Kindly avoid for your future business & health & safety.

I am very pleased with the quality of the Red Tray & it is exactly the same design what is being shown on their website . It does keep Crockery cutlery manageably stable on it . But do not expect that it would be as nonslip as one finds the trays that have silicone polka dots on it. Still plates, glasses & cups will stay stable on this tray with attentive care. And would say again that the quality is very good.

I bought an ice cream machine from KRD while I was setting up my juice shop. It took me a couple of weeks to finish the shop and get everything ready for opening.

When I finally opened the box and prepared the machine for opening day, unfortunately, it wasn’t working. I contacted KRD and asked to return the machine, but I was told they would not accept the return because their return policy was only 14 days. They advised me to check the fuse instead.

I opened the machine to check the fuse and was shocked to find that it had a 20-amp fuse.

The machine is still not working, and when I turn it on, I get an “LL” error code.

At this point, I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do. The machine has barely been used, and I only discovered the problem when I was ready to open my shop.

I have emailed the company several times, but unfortunately, they are not responding. I’m extremely disappointed with the customer service and the way this issue has been handled.

Has anyone else had a similar experience with KRD or this LL error code? If so, please advise me on what I should do or how you managed to resolve the issue.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Fryer broke down within just 3 months with very little use. No refund or compensation—just a £75 engineer call-out fee, followed by another fee to fit the replacement part. Completely unreasonable for a £75 fryer. Poor quality, poor customer service, and a very misleading policy.

Extremely disappointing customer service and a very frustrating experience.
My order arrived with important parts completely missing. I contacted KRD and provided the photographs and information they requested to identify the missing parts. Since then, I have had to repeatedly chase them for a resolution.
I contacted them on Friday and was told I would receive an update. I followed up again on Saturday and was specifically told that I would hear back first thing Monday morning. When that didn't happen, I called again on Monday morning and was told that someone would email me immediately.
Still nothing.
I called again and was then told that the update was literally in front of the person I was speaking to. When I asked a very simple question what does the update actually say? I couldn't get a straight answer. Instead, I was given more excuses and told that an update would be sent.
This is not acceptable customer service.
The issue itself would be understandable if KRD were simply working to resolve it, but the real problem is the repeated promises that someone will contact me, followed by me having to chase them again and again.
I have been patient, provided everything requested and given KRD multiple opportunities to resolve this. I should not have to spend days repeatedly calling a company about parts that should have been included with my original order.
At this point, I don't need another vague promise that “someone will get back to me.” I need the missing parts supplied or a clear alternative resolution.
Very disappointed with the way this has been handled and with the lack of communication. I would strongly recommend that KRD improve its after-sales customer service and, most importantly, actually follow through when customers are told they will receive an update.

I ordered a bar back cooler. Upon first use we found the temperature buttons do not let you adjust the temperature. I have emailed several times now to report the fault, all they say is I have to arrange for an engineer at my own cost to diagnose this and if they find the faulty part, if it is covered under warranty they will send it to me. The fridge is faulty and under my consumer rights they should either repair or replace, but they are refusing to do this quoting the warranty only covers parts! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a machine from them and the unit completely failed and stopped turning on after only two weeks of light commercial use.

When evaluated, an electrician confirmed the unit was supplied with an improper 20A plug/fuse instead of a standard 13A fuse, presenting a potential fire hazard.

Even after fitting the correct fuse, the machine suffered internal damage and fails to dispense or operate properly. It cannot be used.

Despite submitting a formal notice rejecting the goods under Section 14 of the Sale of Goods Act 1979, KRD Customer Service has engaged in continuous stalling tactics.

Over several weeks, they repeatedly requested the same videos, serial numbers, and data plate photos that had already been sent multiple times. They are now demanding that I pay for further third-party electrician checks rather than honoring a return or refund.

Their failure to replace or refund defective equipment and refusal to handle return logistics has caused severe operational disruptions and ongoing financial losses to our business.

Avoid this company if you need reliable equipment and professional customer support.

Firstly customer service is absolutely terrible. Secondly ordered fridge , next day plugged in and temperature went to 44 degrees. They ask me to call engineer on my cost to new fridge . Anyway called for specialist and been told that it is not to use - basically can’t be fixed . They won’t give refund so will take them to court

Poor quality product, poor quality Comms. Stainless steel extra tion isn't stainless steel. Both griddles we ordered didn't last 8 weeks - blew from the connection points underneath. Terrible.
