Kora payments, generally fail 5 out of 10 times. I've done multiple deposits and it freezes on verifying payment. The money is deducted on the account and then need to wait for vendor for to confirm, which takes several days.. highly wouldn't recommend it.

KoraPay’s KYC onboarding process is highly frustrating and poorly organized. What should be a simple compliance procedure turns into repeated and changing document requests without clear explanations, a complete checklist, or a defined timeline. The constant back-and-forth causes unnecessary delays, disrupts operations, and highlights serious gaps in process management.
Compliance itself isn’t the issue, the lack of coordination and transparency is. We eventually withdrew our application after realizing the process felt open-ended and impractical. Support is equally disappointing; inquiries are met with automated responses, followed by days of silence or additional document requests instead of real solutions. Phone calls to their contact line also go unanswered.

Good support. However, the pricing of some corridors is not encouraging us to do more transactions there

KoraPay’s KYC onboarding is an absolute nightmare. What should be a straightforward compliance process turns into an endless loop of shifting, repetitive, and poorly coordinated document demands.

Each time documents are submitted, new requirements appear with no explanation as to why they were not requested upfront.

There is zero efficiency, zero predictability, and no clear end in sight. No final checklist. No firm timelines. Just constant back-and-forth that drains time, stalls operations, and signals serious internal process issues.

Compliance is not the problem here — **process management is**. The rigidity and lack of structure make this platform unsuitable for any serious business that values speed, clarity, or professionalism.

We ultimately withdrew our application because it became clear the process was open-ended and unworkable. We strongly advise other businesses to look elsewhere unless you are prepared for prolonged delays, unnecessary bureaucracy, and wasted effort.

Please don't try them you gonna waste your time!.

There customer service plus onboarding is so horrible bro jeez, it took them 3weeks to get my business going, I submitted settlement account this people decline it for another entirely different issue the painful part is I ended up not using there payment service for my business do better yall

Very slow, the emails they give you to use you get the reply inbox full. In short rubbish service. Why is it hard for people to provide good service? S.M.H!!

The support team is not very good. While they maintain communication when it's important for them, any requests you might have or questions will be delayed. And I don't mean hours; it will be days to get a report or clarification on a question.
