As a new administrator for my small Episcopal church in charge of bulletins, the directory, organizing signup sheets, and the weekly newsletter (just to start), I needed a simple online solution for the signups. We have parishioners who live in Florida only part of the year so only having paper signup sheets doesn’t let people sign up from afar for events they will attend when they are in town. I found Koalendar and it solved that challenge! I love that it integrates with my Google Calendar so I can see all the event signups in one place. With parishioners signing up for hosting Coffee Hour a few weeks or months in the future, the automated email reminders were a huge selling point for me. I don’t have to remember to remind folks and they don’t have to remember to check the lists at the church. Koalendar reminds them! The day our newsletter went out, there were 7 signups from the links in the newsletter! I was thrilled! I didn’t expect immediate engagement. As a non-profit, the discount was very helpful! So far all my interactions with the Koalendar team have been quick and helpful. I am extremely pleased with Koalendar and recommend it!

I switched to Koalendar a few months ago and it has been excellent. Setting up my availability and booking pages took just a few minutes, and the Google Calendar sync works flawlessly: no double bookings, no manual checks. The interface is clean and my clients always find the booking process simple and fast.

What really stands out is how much you get for free compared to other tools. Unlimited booking pages, automated email confirmations and reminders, and a polished experience without the usual paywall on basic features. Honestly a great product, I recommend it to anyone who needs simple online scheduling.

Koalendar really is extremely flexible, easy to use, and a great option at an affordable price for small teams. In the past, I've used Calendly, TidyCal, SimplyBookMe, Setmore, and another one that started with a U or an O (I think) that auto-blocked time so your calendar didn't make you look super available. That one was super convoluted and its UX was majorly frustrating. Koalendar has a similar amount of features, but everything is VERY easy to use and makes sense at face value. I haven't had to "read the support docs" just to figure out basic features. And the owner (I think) cheerily and quickly helped me with a question I finally had after months of using the service. Strongly recommend Koalendar.
